Septal Perforation & Revision Rhinoplasty MASTERPIECE!

I saw Dr. Undavia for a revision surgery and it was the BEST decision. Originally in 2024, I fell into the trap of going to a “top surgeon” in NYC for a 3mm septal perforation repair and rhinoplasty. Within two months I had a left side collapse and my perforation still wasn’t repaired - it looked horrible and I couldn’t breathe for months. I found Dr. Undavia from a recommendation from Dr. Kridel’s office in TX (he’s triple-board certified) and I knew if they were recommending Dr. Undavia, he must be awesome. At my first consult he ordered a CT scan (the NYC surgeon didn’t do that, in hindsight it’s terrifying that he operated without even seeing a scan of my nose) and Dr. Undavia also determined I had a deviated septum (also missed by the NYC surgeon). It was a very complex revision surgery and I am now 7-months post op, still swollen which is totally normal considering I had two nose surgeries in 9 months! Every single post-op visit, Dr. Undavia takes his time and is such a perfectionist - he has done steroid injections and has closely monitored me monthly. Each follow-up I go to, he makes it better and better! DO NOT fall into the trap of going into NYC like I did!! Dr. Undavia is well worth the 1.5 hour drive from North Jersey for me!
