I found Girin through its many high reviews during my google search.
I needed to get a revision rhinoplasty because I had a contracted nose from my previous rhinoplasty.
I also chose to get double eyelid + ptosis correction + eyelid fat graft because my natural double eyelid was getting weaker and sunken from aging.
I looked at many reviews with photos in the Unni app, and Girin’s rhinoplasties and double eyelid surgeries stood out because of their consistency in pretty and natural results.
So I booked a consultation with Girin for their experience and portfolio with revision rhinoplasties (which is a more complex type of rhinoplasty), and for their reputation of producing beautiful eyes. I also loved how quick to respond the Girin team was to answer every question I had through WhatsApp.
The consultation confirmed my decision to choose Girin because the doctor was very knowledgeable, confident, professional, straightforward, and reassuring about the surgeries. The doctor listened to my concerns and put my mind at ease by considering everything I mentioned and letting me know what to expect including realistic limitations.
After the surgery the most painful area was my rib where the cartilage was harvested for my nose. But my nose and eyelids were barely painful. Each day, the rib pain and face swelling improved. And the after-care visits were great as they changed my gauzes, cleaned inside my nose, gave me antibiotic injections, and addressed questions along the healing process.
Even within the first week I could already start to see my eyes and nose looking prettier and more refined.

One-month update

It’s been one month and I’m liking my nose more and more each week as the swelling goes down. The tip has become more refined and pointed in a natural way. My alar base has also gotten smaller, which I’m not used to seeing on my face and I love it.
My double eyelids are now less swollen, more even and natural-looking.
The fat amount in my eyelid graft has not significantly decreased which is great because I read that roughly 30-50% of the fat gets resorbed. So I’m satisfied right now.
