Two-Jaw Surgery Review

I feel great, no side effects like numbness or sagging. Feel so lucky to be honest, was the one who got that perfect result :)

Hi everyone. I am a former patient of Dr. Myung June Oh from plastic surgery place in Seoul, South Korea called Regen plastic surgery. I got surgery around two years ago for my face. My doctor has asked me to write honest review for him and I will happily do so because he changed my life and this is the least I can do for him. Sorry if my english is not native speaker level.
I am a young Korean woman. I have never thought myself as a pretty woman. That is because in Korea there are so many pretty woman, both natural and plastic surgery faces. I used to have very big chin bone that came out and it did not look pretty but I always tell myself that I will never get surgery but after it has become difficult for me to even get a boyfriend I decided to get a doctors opinion.
In korea there is a very famous tv program called Let Me In. It shows many women who look very ugly in the face. They are picked by Let me in and they receive full face surgery by famous doctors. Each doctor will choose which person they want to work on. That is how I heard about Dr. Oh.
I speak with my family about the surgery and they said they will help me with the cost of surgery so I looked online and found Dr. Oh and his hospital. The place was called Regen Plastic Surgery and it is located in Gangnam around Shin Nonyeon station (???) right next to Kyobo book store which is a famous building in Seoul. I called them by phone and didn't know what to say so I just said " i want to look pretty. what surgery do i need?" The worker said I can come in for a Doctor's opinion. I asked if I can meet with Dr. Oh and the worker said I can but will have to wait 1 week because he is very busy. So I said ok and scheduled my first meeting at Regen, I think it was Oct 2015, I can't remember exact day. So I wait one week but I was very nervous while waiting. First couple of days I remember I could not sleep because I was so nervous and also scared and because Dr. Oh is the surgeon I saw on tv.
On the day I went to meet Dr. Oh, I went with my sister and mother who support me. I thought plastic surgery clinic was small place like dentist or physician but Regen was very big. It was entire building with more than 10 floor. I went to Regen lobby floor and tell them I was there for appointment with Dr. Oh. I remember my heart was beating so fast when I there because Regen employee were all soo pretty and even some patients I can see they already finish surgery and look so pretty. I didn't wait long and I met with Dr. Oh.
I remember my mom giving Dr. oh compliments about the tv show and saying useless things but I stopped her and became serious for my surgery questions. We take some photo and ct nd xray and he told me like very good expert exactly what surgery I need. Me and my family asked many questions and I was very thankful because I know he is busy and we talked for almost 1 hour. Dr. Oh recommend to me I need jaw correction surgery. I kind of wanted to do nose job too but Dr. Oh tell me if I do jaw surgery I will look much more prettier than nose at the moment. He said if i decided to do nose do it later after seeing how my face look after jaw one. We talk to Dr. Oh for a long time then we met with the consultant who explain everything to us in detail: cost, time, recovery time and other things. They say I cannot do the surgery if i wanted to at that time because I need to do many test for my body and face and my teeth. I will need to make surgery plans 2 weeks after that check up if I decided to do it then. So me and my family told her we will decide in next few days. Dr. Oh and the consultant was very nice and he has very good smile.
I went home and discussed with my family. The surgery was very expensive and was big surgery where I had to cut bone on my face.
I thought very hard for 2 days and told my family and we decided to get the surgery.
I called Regen and let them know I decide to get the surgery. I went back to Regen after few days and did full body check up and make teeth molding impression. I was very nervous for tests too but I actually feel very safe because there was many test to make me safe. After all test was complete I scheduled the day for my surgery. I remember the date very well it was 11/11 in 2015. 11/11 in Korea is a famous day called Peppero day. A week before that day though I come in once more to regen and receive detail explanation for surgery. Dr. Oh look at my jaw bone picture and explain to me with many detail how the surgery will go.
I went to hospital with my mom and my sister and meet with Regen worker. I remember they make me change clothes and I did everything the nurse tell me to do. After that the anesthesiologist came in the room. They tell me few things and not too worry but I was very scared and so nervous but I try not to show on my face. I remember feeling tired and then nothing after that.
I don't remember in many detail because this was over two year ago but i do remember waking up and being in very much pain. I have wrap around my face and look like mummy. My face was very swelling and nurse give me cold pack for my face. My mom and sister was very worry but the nurse make her calm.
I stayed at the hospital for 1-2 days and after I got OK from Dr. Oh, I went home. I think I went back more than 6-7 times for 1 month. I also go again for safety check up in January and once in February. Now this time I am completely fine and recover 100%. I remember I write Regen a nice card for thank you because my life is very different now. I am very confident with my face and all my friend happy for me and I have a boyfriend since last year. If you are afraid to get surgery for face, ask regen. Dr. Oh make very honest and good outcome.
