I had a Face Fat Grafting in ID hospital in Seoul, South Korea.
I have very bad experience with this hospital, stay away from them.
PRO
Modern big hospital in Gangnam area near Sinsa station. Very glamorous lounge area. It’s clean and big, they own entire building.
CONS
1. Over priced - they over charged customer. Original quote 4 MIL KRW for Fat Grafting and other hospital quote only 2 MIL KRW.
2. Very bad customer service. Once they get your $$$ and they don’t care about your wellbeing.
Post op care is very very bad. Originally one consultant said I’m gonna stay overnight in the hospital after the surgery. Next day the other consultant said I have to go home after surgery. Not trustworthy!!!
I woke up very dizzy from anesthesia, they pushed me to go home right after that even I told them I’m not feeling well yet.
No next day check up, they explain to you post of care, they just give you a sheet of paper to go home to read. They won’t follow up on you.
They don’t even give you any compression garment for your liposuction area nor ice pack to reduce swelling. You go home naked like that. Other clinics like Fresh Plastic Surgery, you have follow up next day or couple days later, and provide you with a compression pants, but ID hospital, no second day follow up.
As a result, my thigh where the fat was taken was heavily bruised that I cannot return to work for a while of bad bruising.
3. The doctor who did Fat Grafting on me doesn’t speak English at all. I didn’t get a proper consultation. There might be a language barrier and miscommunication.
Today is my day 7 post op, so I couldn’t comment on a result yet because I still swollen and looking a weird after the surgery.
