Today one of the most popular plastic surgeries is BA. I want to share my thoughts and experience on this matter. I want to write all I know about the procedure and other related thing but will try to keep it short.
I was always dissatisfied with my breast volume and wanted a bit bigger size and after some years of contemplating I was ready for a BA surgery. It wasn’t a big deal for me to find the right plastic surgery and good experienced doctor. I got my eyes job done in 2016 at Regen in Seoul, so I just contacted them and set an appointment. In the beginning of this year I arrived Regen. I knew if you want significant changes and assume considerable modifications, it’s better to insert implants. Modern silicone implants have a lifetime guarantee, compatible with lactation and allow to change the shape and size, making breast more beautiful. Therefore, they are still quite popular and don’t lose their relevance. When I was searching for the information about BA I also found out about fat transfer which made me book a consultation for both. But to be honest I really wanted just the fat transfer since it looked safer and simpler. But after the consultation I wanted the implants more. But the advantages of implants were obvious: the ability to significantly increase the volume, to emphasize and improve the shape and of course a long-term result. It was a much better choice for me because how small my breast were originally and the implants were a much better choice in my situation.
My BA surgery was the same day after consultation, under general anesthesia and lasted only 1 hour. The access was under the breast completely under the muscle, incisions size was about 4-5 cm. Implant type – Motiva Demi 300cc. I think it’s one of the simplest and safest surgeries. The same day after the operation I returned to the hotel, even though incisions were inevitable, stitches resolved themselves. A few days after I underwent some special treatments for faster recovery. The only difficulty was during the first 4 days, unfamiliar discomfort and dude to the hemovac I had to wear for a day. A week after I came back home. Dr.Kim suggested to keep wearing a special underwear for the next 2 months and avoid wire underwear for 3 months. So, I keep following recommendations.
An indisputable advantage of implants is a stable and absolutely predictable results, they are totally safe for the body, therefore, they can be installed once and forever.
