- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.

Scar visibility
Hard to see scar at all. I think it will be not visible after few more months.
Hello everyone, I want to share my experience and...
Hello everyone, I want to share my experience and impressions about breast augmentation this September at Regen. Decided to do it because always thought that my breast was too small and I really wanted to have beautiful forms. I used to have a lot of fear, but now I look differently at everything.
I’ve been choosing the right surgeon for quite a long and read dozens of reviews. I wrote several clinics for a consultation and from one of them I haven’t receive a reply, assistant from another was quite rude which I found unacceptable and Regen was the only with quick response, the consultant was very polite and patiently answered all my questions (it was the first time for me facing plastic surgery, so I got tons of questions). Once I found out about everything I wanted to know, we set an appointment.
I arrived Seoul in September 20 and finally met Dr. Kim Woo Jeong (my surgeon), we picked up the right implants, discussed details and clarified prices one more time. The doctor was like an open book, didn’t hide from me anything and talked frankly about all possible complications. The next day I underwent a complete examination:
1. Blood tests ( Liver, kidney function, thyroid hormone, blood coagulation, anemia, inflammation level, hepatitis, and testing for anesthesia purposes).
2. ECG (heart health checkup)
3. Chest X-Ray (lung health checkup)
4. Breast ultrasound
Since my operation was in the morning, the last meal could be eaten no later than 8 pm. I had no fear before the op, the only desire to finish all that asap. But I was a little bit excited, so couldn’t sleep at night. Early in the morning I arrived the clinic, the assistant was already waiting for me at the front door, she escorted me to my room (they put me there after the op as well), showed me everything and gave a robe. After changing clothes and going to the operating room, the nurses had on a hat and masks which made me a little nervous. One of the nurse checked my blood pressure and pulse. Then the anesthesiologist came in and said hello and got ready to put me under.
When I was brought to the operation room, it turned out that there were a lot of people beside the surgeon – assistants, nurses, anesthetist. I laid down on the operation table, Dr. Kim made some jokes to cheer me up, the nurse put something on my feet. They put a blood pressure measuring device on one hand and a pin on the finger to measure the pulse. Another nurse from the other side installed a catheter into my hand and a dropper was connected. The assistant covered me with the blanket and the anesthesiologist put a shot into my catheter. I remember him waving his hand and then I fell asleep. The access was though the armpit and the operation time was around an hour.
I woke up in the operating room but still felt exhausted and my head hurt a bit but was glad the surgery was finished. The nurses put on this special bra on my chest. Afterwards they took me to an operating room on a different floor. I also noticed I has this pouch filled with blood connecting to a tube that was in my armpit. I asked the assistant for some water, but was told to wait 3-4 more hours before drinking. I was also told I couldn’t sleep until the effects of the anesthesia wore . I came to my senses only in the evening. As for my feeling after the operation? I remember most people wrote that they had a feeling of a stone slab on their chest, I didn’t have that. For me the pain was like after a very good chest workout. If you lie for a longer time without moving, it was hard to get up. When I fully woke up, the assistant brought me dinner (which was quite tasty). I couldn’t move during night and slept only on half-sitting condition (it was so terribly uncomfortable for me, but had no choice).
I came back to the hotel on the second day, felt some pain but continuously took painkillers, so it was tolerable. I was able to remove the pouch connected to my armpit after 4 days . After 10 days I began to distinctly feel my pectoral muscles, didn’t feel any pain and could sleep on my side a little bit. The breast gradually became softer and sensitivity returned as well (it was completely restored in 2 weeks, but the bottom needed around month).
By the time I came back home, it was already 3 weeks after the op. In general, now everything is already in perfect condition, it’s still a little bit difficult to lift my arms, but scars already almost invisible. There were people who dissuaded me, but I don’t regret. I’m strictly following all the recommendations, limitations and instruction of the doctor. My breast is already so beautiful and looks so natural and now I no longer need to wear a special underwear, only during night.
As the overall, in one way or another, you will feel the implants. As for me, they don’t hurt or pull or disturb in any way, but I distinctly feel them.
