One month ago today I was getting ready to go in for my TT surgery . I've had ups and downs but every day has been better than the last for the most part. I am almost ready to start scar therapy. I am going to be using Currad medicated scar strips. Hopefully in the next 2-3 days so I can get a good week of using them before I go see my PS for my 6 week post op. (Normally I'm sure patients would have a 30 day post op but I had explained to my PS that recoup wearing at home was not going to happen. I ended up flying out to my sisters in a other state to recoup. Thus we made the one month PO I to really a 6 week PO)

Since day ten I have gotten a lymphatic Drainage Massage... It was AMAZING! It helped loosen my tightness and also the hardness of the lipoed skin. This type of massage is supposed to help with the edema after surgery and help blood flow. Plus a massage just feels great especially after sleeping on my back (side and stomach sleeper here ) for so long. I would recommend definitely!
I've taken off my strips too that can be seen in previous pictures. My incision line is super thin and low. It doesn't hurt to cough ( or poo sry tmi lol). I have stopped using the foam binder, except when walking in public for mor support ( and so can use all the handy cap stuff lol) .
I'm 90% happy with the incision line however compared to others I've seen I'm 100% happy with how it could have been too.
