15 days post 2nd revision

15 days post-op and feeling pretty good. The retainer is a little annoying, but tolerable. My mom and I go home soon which I’m very much looking forward to.
I’m still very swollen, but definitely eager to see what my nose will look like when the swelling subsides.

Looks good so far! Just a suggestion, it'd be clearer to see that this is a new surgery if you created another review. As is, it kind of seems like the pics are related to Dr. Portuese rather than Dr. Yildirim.
Did you mentioned that he used your ear cartilage to those alar batten grafts? I have moderate thick skin so ear cartilage is not an option.
He works with rib too :) he just believed ear would be sufficient for me.

I was looking that Turkish doctors web sites and he seem to be very talented. Maybe he could help me too. Did you said that he is not speaking English? Did he take before and after pictures?
Hi, he does speak English and he has assistants that do as well. I have before and afters on the operating table and he took more photos in the office when I followed up.

Tape off day

Got the tape off today and received my nasal retainer. I’m to wear it 24/7 for 5 days and then switch to nights for a month. Then I need to go up a size.
As for my results, I’m obviously very swollen. I can’t really evaluate my front view since it’s so huge right now, but my profile is nice and my nostrils though they aren’t perfect are definitely improved.
