I finally got my weight loss/high protein meal program in the mail and it's really good. Everything is high in protein. Meal choices are shake/pudding, bar or soup and it comes with high protein drinks as well. Drinks include coffee, mocha, hot chocolate, lemonade. It's just one less thing to worry about.
At the moment I'm on day 6 post op and I feeling pretty well. Had to switch garments last night because of stupid hooks over my hip bones. Why would a company put hooks where there probably be an incision site.
So ladies, what is your favorite post op garment and why?

Just had surgery on Monday and I cannot say enough on what a positive experience this has been. The nursing staff is awesome, the doctor is amazing and my husband has been a wonderful nurse. First night was kind of rough but Dr. Salemy fixed that with some different pain meds, which made a world of difference.

I had my first child at 20 and every since then my body has gone done hill. With each pregnancy and breast feeding each kid for over a year I have been left with a nice tummy that makes it painful to wear jeans, 34 dd boobs that like to hide in my armpits and a nice collection of fat on my hips and thighs. After I got my hysterectomy (including removal of ovaries and cervix) I decided it was time to get my body back. I plan on getting a tt, lipo of flanks and thighs and breast lift/reduction with the the use of Seri. I scheduled my surgery a ways out so I will be able to loose a few pounds, I'm at 190 now and so that my kids are home on summer vacation.
Any tips on weight lose? I'm currently workout 6 days a week, I drink green smoothies twice a day, and eat lean protein and ton of veggies for dinner. I also use a kutting weight suit when I work out (I sweat a ton in that thing.)

So far I'm really impressed and I love the staff. I felt Dr. Salemy really took the time to listen to my concerns and I feel confident that he will do a wonderful job on my makeover. UPDATE: Dr. Salemy is amazing and I'm loving my results. I couldn't ask for a better surgeon.
