So far, I have had consultations with 3 PS. The first one was the one that I really wanted for my procedure but after years of doing my research and finally getting the nerve to go through with this, I sought out additional opinions. The PS #1 listened to what procedures I wanted done, and started to measure me. She recommended breast lift w/ 400-450cc round implants, extended TT w/lipo on flanks & abs. The staff was nice, the office was slightly busy, the facility was modern & beautiful. The PS stayed in the room while I tried on sizers and helped give opinions on the sizes. I was dead set on her doing the procedure at that point no matter what costs.
PS #2 office ran a little different. There was confusion between the staff members when it came to sitting to discussing my options with PS, my measurents were taken after trying on sizers and the PS was told me that I "could go either way" when I asked if I would need a breast lift. There was confusion on my quote as the previous PS had detailed information on the quote, staff in and out of my room to find bras or specific sizes of implants, and two staff members came it at different times to get "before" pictures. The PS didnt seems to be focused on me...nothing seemed right.
PS #3 blew me away. From beginning to end I had a nurse with me. She explained everything...showed different implant manufacturers, profiles and shapes of implants, recovery time, went over expectations. When the Dr came in, he did the measurements, recommended an oval-form stable implants (largest size due to chest measurements would be 480cc) extended TT with lipo. With the form stable implants he said I wouldnt need to have a breast lift. I loved everything about how informative the RN & DR were! Best explanation I recieved during a consult. Im not 100% comfortable with NOT getting a breast lift only because if I have waited all this time (oldest son is 13) and I am gonna spend the $$$ I want it done right. I scheduled the surgery with PS#3 but we are going to have a few more appts before surgery to make a final decision on the shape & size of breast.

Im getting excited! Ive been watching a lot of youtube videos about the procedures. I definately understand why oval shaped breast implants are being suggested for my anatomy now. Just hoping that I can get the size & look that I want
