I wanted to get Liposonix as a motivation...

I wanted to get Liposonix as a motivation "kick-starter" to my journey to flat stomach. I gained over 15 lbs in the last 6 months from too much drinking/eating crappy food (I'm 4'10", and was originally around 107-110lbs, now close to 125lbs!) - I started working out regularly (hot yoga x4 week) but I figured I'd get Liposonix as a "christmas gift" for myself.
Let me tell you ladies and gents -- this will be THE WORST PAIN you will ever experience in your life!!! I swear I was ready to walk away from all of the money I paid just having done 1 square. The pain was intolerable. At first, they gave me Vicodin and Valium, but after hearing me scream in pain, balling my eyes out, and shaking uncontrollably after 3 passes, they finally gave me a second dose of Vicodin/Valium and gave me 30min for that to kick in. The procedure was supposed to take 1 hour but I ended up being there for 3 hours. I would HIGHLY suggest taking the medication 45min - 60min prior to your treatment - I do want to say that pain was much more tolerable at the end of the session (they also lowered the frequency and instead of 3 passes, they did 4).
It's 2nd day and I have very minimal bruising. My stomach feels sore, like you did a ton of push ups, but not bad. I thought I would be unable to go do yoga for a week but I'm going to try to go tomorrow (day 3). I think the compression garment helps (I bought just regular old spanx from nordies).
I better see some results after 3-4 months...if not I will seriously lose it. Considering the $$$ and pain, I would NEVER EVER do it again. I think getting a top notch personal trainer and working your ass off is x1000 better than getting a "flat stomach" this way. There is seriously no such thing as easy way out!
