From beginning to end I had a wonderful experience with Sound Plastic Surgery. The staff was awesome and friendly, and Dr. Cooper went above and beyond. He was incredibly thorough and was clear of all the possible risks and complications. He also had experience performing Breast Augmentation on other transgender women and explained the differences from performing the procedure on a cisgender woman. I'm really happy with the results. I would recommend him to friends and plan on returning for further procedures.

Best wishes with your new breasts. I am exploring....my motivation is for my personal pleasure, feeling. I am eager to hear your thoughts on recovery experience, scarring, and of much importance, how do they feel? Loss of sensitivity problems? Are they lovely feeling? I am not considering SRS, just breasts! Anything you can share ill be graciously appreciated.

So far the scarring isn't too bad. They hide the scars right below the breast so eventually you don't see them unless you lift them up. I think with time they will become light and almost invisible.
I would say they feel just like real breasts in terms of constancy. Right after the surgery they will be hard and swollen but after a few months they look and feel really natural.
As far as sensitivity, I didn't have much to start with but I would say I probably have less after the operation. I'm not sure if it will come back with time, but I wasn't too worried about losing sensitivity since I didn't have very much to begin with.

Greetings Michliga,
Kind thanks for your rapid response and insight. Sounds like you are enjoying the experience; that is hopeful for me. Can you share info on cost (appx) and post operation costs for check-ups etc? I am so grateful for your kindness.

For Dr. Cooper, the consultation was free. Payment of $6120 was due at the pre-op appointment which covered all follow up appointments/checkups.

I am curious if you went with saline, silicone or the gummie bear silicone, round or shaped?
Thanks
Thanks
