As a black male, my challenge was severe razor and/or hair bumps from shaving. Lauren Gross permanently removed my pain by using the coolglide laser on my face and neck. Lauren is exceptional and can differentiate hair textures. I no longer have to shave and my skin is smooth. I know I look good.

Lauren is very engaging and she listens. In our initial consultation Lauren lasered a section of my beard and scheduled me for a follow up a week later. My hair never grow back and she made sure the rest of my face and neck looked fantastic. One of the best experiences ever.
