Mondors Cord?

WORTH IT$17,000
Below my infra mammary fold today I noted
this painful, red, hard cord like structure... after Dr Google at 4pm on a Friday the term
“Mondor Cord” came up.
For 2 days I have also noted some discomfort and swelling in my armpit, radiating into my inner portion of upper arm. It’s a bit difficult for me to put my arm up flat against my ribs.
So now of course I’m slightly panicking... could this be a blood clot?

I’ve read a lot of women get Mondors Cords and they are painful but go away on their own without treatment. Have you had a follow up with your PS ?
Yes, I did follow up and he confirmed the Mondors Cords. I had a few flare ups but they each resolved within a week.

4.5 weeks post lift and implant revision

My surgery was on Dec 12/20.
Haven’t put any updates recently sorry
Today I removed incision tape for good.
Scars are healing up nicely with scar gel provided by Dr Tregaskiss.
I’m doing breast exercises which are much easier second time around!
Swelling seems to be mostly gone. I think there is still some swelling on left. I always had issues with that side post op bruising and pain.
I’m starting to sleep on my side a bit but still using pillows for support, I wake up with some discomfort.
I don’t have any pain anymore just slight discomfort around incisions
I ended up having excess tissue removed to fit the smallest of the 3 sizes implants!
I always thought my cc’s were more then what they were!
I ended up with saline implants 240 on right and 270 on left.
I’m hoping that the left is still swollen as it is now larger then right. I had the opposite problem prior to surgery!
I also notice my nipples are not symmetrical also hoping this corrects itself.
I’m so happy with the size, shape, and slope.
Dr Tregaskiss and his staff were so incredible with me every step of the way.
I feel that my breasts are now in proportion with the rest of my body.
It’s exciting putting on shirts and how they fit so different now.

Damn, you can't even see your incisions. That's crazy!
Yes! It's bizarre! I'm very happy I think I'm very lucky that I don't scar much as well.
Your results look are very good! They are healing beautifully! Congrats!
Wow your incisions look freaking amazing! Especially for only 1 month PO !! Most people hope to fade this much by a year PO but yours look nearly invisible already! Your PS did a fantastic job!
I'm from bc too and looking for lift maybe with or with out implants can't decide will probably see what the doc suggests. I've been waiting for covid to settle down before looking into booking a few consults - I'm going to check out the doc you used your results are great ! Thanks for the update :)

Post op check

Post op day 4.
Last night noted bruising and swelling to left breast.
Talked to Dr Tregaskiss who was wonderful.
I saw him today and said I had bruised quite a bit. He wasn't sure why.
At least I didn't need to go back to surgery to drain a hematoma!
Dressings were replaced.
I will see him on Monday for next check.
Till then I'm supposed to be resting to prevent any further bleeding.
I'm very happy with the size and the scarring doesn't even look that bad!
Finally the pain has been settling as well.

Congrats! The biggest step is over! How are your arms feeling? Are you able to move them much?
Yes! No problem, it's just not being able to pull up sheets in bed, put hands above shoulders, bend over forward. Especially moving self around in bed, or getting up and down. Just have to do everything slow! It's not so much my being able to use arms as the discomfort it causes in chest! First 2 days definitely needed my hubby to assist me with changing positions!
