It’s been almost a year now since having my augmentation procedure done by Dr. Tregaskiss and the results just keep looking better and better. I looked for over 2 years for the right surgeon and I couldn’t be more thankful to have waited to find Dr. T. From bedside manor, the professional staff, pre and post op care and question answering the experience was amazing. Dr. T considers factors in your entire life and asks how he can get you the results you’d like to see. He cares about how you feel and your goal to why you’re having a procedure done. 12/10 would recommend.
First time getting surgery, and all I can say is Dr Tregaskiss and his staff made it a seamless process. Couldnt be happier with the results, and would not hesitate to choose them again in the future.
I had a Mommy Makeover with Dr. Tregaskiss in July of 2022. This included a bilateral mastopexy with augmentation, abdominoplasty with muscle repair and liposuction of my upper abdomen. I had been quite overweight (almost) my entire life, but after 2 pregnancies, 2 c-sections, breastfeeding for over a year each time, I decided to take my life back. I lost just about 90lbs naturally. Even though I already felt better and looked good, I was left with sagging and deflated breasts and loose skin on my abdomen with abdominal separation. I decided that it was worth looking into having surgery to put the finishing touches on my body transformation. After A LOT of research, I decided to book a consultation with Dr. T. From the very first step in booking my consultation, I was very pleased with the level of customer service I was provided. During my consultation, Dr. T provided me with all the information I needed. He went over the risks and procedures very thoroughly and explained in a way that was easy to understand. He didn't overpromise anything and I appreciated this a great deal. I was so impressed with my consultation that I cancelled other ones I had booked, and I scheduled the surgery within the next couple days. The months leading up to my surgery, I was in contact with the Cosmetic Coordinator, Laura. She was quick to respond to my emails and even set up another phone call with Dr. T so that I could ask some more questions that had popped up after my consult. I appreciated that he took the time to call me and answer all the questions I had accumulated over time. The morning of surgery went very smoothly. Every single person I encountered was friendly, kind and professional. I had never been under general anesthesia before so I was very nervous, but the Anesthesiologist was so wonderful in making me feel at ease. I woke up from surgery and received absolutely incredible care. I am a Registered Nurse so I have experience in this area and I was so impressed with the level of attentiveness I received from my nurse - I wish I remembered her name so I could tell her how awesome she is. Everyone that looked after me was so kind even though I was a little dramatic after waking up from anesthesia! My follow up care has be top notch! Every anxious email was promptly replied to by Laura who sometimes passed messages to/from Dr. T and the nurse who looked after my incisions for my first two follow up appointments was fantastic. Recovery was difficult for the first few days as expected, but I was prescribed good pain medication and had an overall smooth recovery. The front desk staff are also wonderful - always friendly and helpful. I've worked in doctor's offices before so I truly understand the importance of a good front desk staff! As for my results, I could not have imagined a better outcome! I have been self conscious of my breasts since I was a teenager and Dr. T has given me the set of my dreams. My tummy is flat and my scar is low and even. There is not a single thing out of place. Saying that this surgery has been life-changing is an understatement. I am more confident than ever, which has had an effect on many aspects of my life. No words could ever express how over the moon I am with my results and how grateful I am for Dr. Tregaskiss and his team at Pacific Plastic Surgery.
Let me start by saying I previously worked in a hospital, and I hate that I have been one of ‘those’ patients that is emailing in a panic about every little thing - but Laura, the surgical coordinator, has been wonderful in answering all my questions and reassuring me without making me feel like a complete hypochondriac.I cried like a baby going into surgery (I was really nervous, and I had taken two Ativan - I kept falling asleep in the waiting room and I honestly don’t remember much of the day pre surgery) and the whole team was very kind and sweet to me which I was so appreciative of.My first and only consultation was with Dr T, and his high ratings on multiple platforms as well as double board certification made me feel confident enough that I didn’t need to consult with any other surgeon. Dr Tregaskiss has been wonderful every time I’ve seen him. He is very professional and kind, while keeping expectations realistic and explaining the ‘why’s'.I have many friends who are also part of the IBTC who have since flogged me with both compliments and questions, and I have without apprehension referred Dr T to them. If I had to do it all again, I would still pick him to operate on me.
After losing over 80 pounds, in 2012 I travelled from Vancouver to Miami to get a Tummy Tuck and Breast Lift and Augmentation. What seemed like a good idea at the time, turned out to be an bad decision very quickly. I did not have adequate post operative care, medications or support. Fast forward to 2021. I felt miserable in my body. My breasts were far too big for my body, belly button a giant circle and my tummy tuck scar was wavy and indented. After seeing Dr. Tregaskiss previously for a capsule repair, without hesitation I booked a consult to do a full revision. We discussed at length what would be involved. Together, we decided to do an Implant Exchange, Arm Lipo and Tummy Tuck scar revision. Dr. T understood my goals and managed my expectations really well. Surgery day was planned for the Langley location. It was nice to have the option of the two surgical centers. If you have had surgery in a hospital, I would compare this to more of a spa experience. Comfortable house coats, reclining chairs and just really friendly staff. Dr. Tregaskiss came in energized and ready to go. As expected, the rest was mostly a blur. Recovery was as expected. Painful. His post op meds helped keep me as comfortable as possible. Surprisingly for me, I only needed help with the pain for 5 days or so - and i have a low tolerance for pain. In my opinion, this is the best part.. You get Laura and Anna during this experience. Laura answered all of my questions leading up to my surgery - and I had a LOT! But honestly, I don't think I would have been as comfortable if it wasn't for Anna. She has been a huge part of this from my initial consult, my drain removal, bandage changes and even stuffing me into my compression garments while we laughed. I truly felt like I was always in the best care. Don't hesitate on booking a consult with him. Dr. Tregaskiss and his team are the best. As of today, August 30 2021 - I am still healing and will come back to update pictures.
My photos of my journey. Last one is, just waking up. 2 1/2 months. First selfies in 49 years. ( 56 years old now). My surgical team has been with me to answer anything I have been fearful of.........
I got removed my lump under my breast, Dr Tregaskiss did a great job as my plastic surgeon At first i was booked with other plastic surgeon but due to some reason she didn't turn up, so i saw DR T on the day of my surgery and Had a great experience, he was kind professional and a perfectionist. He is the Best...Five Star for Sure
If I could give Dr Tregaskiss,10 stars I would. I just had a lower lift, fat graft and lipo suction to my face. I am still quite swollen, I can see, I already have a chin. I have not had one for years. From the start, his team has been there 24/7 for me. I had anxiety before the surgery and sent many emails. Laura answered everyone of them. I went into surgery, confident. After surgery, the Dr called me at home, gave me his cell number and told me to call anytime. I have never had a Dr do this. Just knowing he was there to help has made my recovery easier. I will update, my journey as time goes on. Updated on 3 May 2021: Week 2 of post op. Neck tubes are out. Still swollen with a bit of a bump on the rt side. I read this is common. This is why I researched and picked a great plastic surgeon, Dr. Tregaskiss and his team Updated on 8 May 2023: I am now 2 years into my lower face lift. I don't think I would ever do it again. My face has not settled well. I have a lump on one side, near my chin line. I never had and a lump along the cheek. I was hoping this would smooth out. It makes my face lopsided. Safe money and get fillers.
This was my third surgery to fix the other two that were done by a different doctor. I had a removal, replacement, and breast lift.Dr. Tregaskiss was so amazing at fixing my breasts. They are finally basically even (for how my body is) and what I wanted. His staff scheduled appts every week after the surgery for almost a month after the breast lift. I highly suggest you contact this great friendly doctor when you are shopping for a surgeon. Professional, easy to talk to and he is honest. I will send anyone who is looking for work his way.
Highly recommend Dr. T and his team at Pacific Plastic surgery, I felt as though I was in good hands right from the start. Dr. T is very thorough, knowledgeable and professional. His team at the office are amazing, they respond to emails very quickly and answered my hundreds of questions leading up to my procedure and after. Dr. T chose the perfect size for my body type and was completely honest about what he thought needed to be done and how things were going to look after surgery. I wanted a more natural look and got exactly that. I was very nervous and unsure about undergoing the procedure but after meeting with Dr.T and his team I felt very confident. I got a breast lift and implants, and couldn’t be happier with my results!
This appears from the front view photo at least be a very mild case of symmastia (2 breasts meeting in the midline) Agree with the other surgeons comments here. Unfortunately there is not a non-sx treatment that will help this. Options include a) trying to suture the affected skin back down to the chest wall b) changing augmentation to a sub-muscular implant placement with a modestly smaller implant (more likely to work). IMO get a second opinion.
Breast asymmetry can have multiple components including differences in volume, breast footprint, ptosis (droopiness), nipple position and more rarely significant skeletal (chest wall) asymmetry. It can being frank, be a very challenging problem in some cases. But here goes. From your photos the obvious asymmetries that I see are in breast volume(projection) and nipple position, although as other authors have noted there could also be chest wall asymmetry present too. The first two issues are readily improved upon, the third if present can be harder to correct. Without a in-person assessment it can be hard to accurately determine the relative importance of these factors and come up with a plan to improve things for you. Hence the reason for the disparate views of my fellow surgeons. Get a second or even a third opinion before undertaking any further Sx.
Yes, all of your stated goals are attainable with an augmentation + lift. A lift alone will not giving you any lasting upper breast fullness, nor increase the size as you desire, even if it is a modest increase.
The short answer to your question is maybe. You look to me to be a 'borderline' candidate for aug versus aug/lift. The 10 cm measurement is a guide only and is not a hard and fast rule as far as i am concerned. Judging from your pictures I have had similar patients some of whom have opted for implants only and some of whom have opted for a lift plus implants. The answer is tailored to the individual patient/circumstances. Some patients are very averse to having additional scars on their breast and some patients are very particular about the shape they are trying to achieve (thus requiring a lift as well) In this setting I find 3D simulations such as Vectra very helpful as they can give simulate the results of both approaches. Interestingly, I have been frequently incorrect in my assumptions about which patients opt for augmentation versus aug/lift based upon their initial requests. My advice would be to seek out a provider who can perform such simulations and confirm what it is you prefer/dislike before proceeding
Hello, Judging from your photo, if you look closely the light reflection on each pupil it is at the same level on both sides (or very close to it). I therefore think the primary problem is the enophthalmos (eyeball sitting back inside the orbit on that side) rather than the hypoglobus. Without looking at your CT it's hard to say why this is happening but typically with the syndrome there is some collapse of the orbital floor. If so, this can potentially be reconstructed with an implant (preferably custom in such a case) to correct the deformity. If as you say however the bony orbit looks 'normal' then it could be due to soft tissue atrophy (wasting) within the orbit, which would be difficult if not impossible to correct. If you have not already I would recommend consulting with a surgeon who has extensive cranio-maxillo-facial experience to discuss this problem further. Thanks
