Complicated Revision - Seattle, WA

My original augmentation by Dr Grey in San Francisco CA was horrible and made me never want plastic surgery again. Fast forward many years and I am 6 weeks out from an amazing breast augmentation revision with Dr. Salemy in Seattle Washington. My original augmentation was under the muscle saline. They were rock hard from day 1, much bigger than I wanted and incredibly fake looking, very high on my chest and painful. Dr Gray dismissed me and my concerns at every follow up appointment. I had bad capsular constriction [III to IV] and was embarrassed by my breasts. When I was ready for the revision I wanted a doctor who could give me real looking, soft breasts. Thanks to RealSelf I was better educated this time and found Dr Salemy. He is amazing! Took the time to answer all my questions, would call me for any concerns, and did a fantastic job! My revision is under the muscle, silicone Sentra textured implants with SERI Silk Scaffolding. The revision was challenging, I had little breast tissue, a lot of scar tissue to remove and bottoming out was a real concern for me. I am so glad I went with SERI and can not be live how good the results are! Worth every penny! I wish I'd had the revision years ago. Dr Salemy’s surgical suite is wonderful, top of the line and very comfortable. His staff is the highest quality, skilled and polite. I knew I was in good hands and never felt rushed or dismissed. My breasts are soft and I am much happier with the size. I highly recommend Dr Salemy to anyone who wants beautiful real looking breasts, especially if you have had problems in the past.
