32DD 9 weeks post op very happy with results Sientra
Very happy with my results . My muscles finally not ad tight and I feel so much better. Sometimes my left breast a little bit more sensitive but overall everything is going well.
I went bra shopping couple days ago and had a very hard time finding a comfortable good fitting bra. So I got sized and I am 32DD. I was 32D at 3 weeks post op.
I have to say it's not easy to find comfortable and Sexy looking bra. Now I have a new problem but it's ok I like it. I didn't spend so much time trying bras on through my whole life compare to last couple days.
Very happy and enjoying my results.

7 weeks update
Everything is going well . I am happy with results and my size. I did go back to Hot Power yoga yet . I planned on taking 3 months off . Trying to stay patient and some days harder than others. Well I still think it was worth it.
My breast is more even now and slowly getting softer. I was able to push them together that wasn't really possible even a week ago. No more morning pain , burning and needling pain. Happy about that.
My nipples absolutely back to normal no numbness at all.
Things I don't like
I can feel my implants at the bottom. Unfortunately I have only skin to cover my implants so I wasn't surprised.
Well at least only at the bottom.
My breast gets cold . When I go outside I feel like I need blanket for my breast . Hahaha. Good summer is coming.
Not too many complaints.
I was thinking about results the other day and reading other stories I realized that for so many people it is so hard to be happy with results. If you reading my story please make your decision based on long-term results and safety.
Still wearing my surgical support bra at night and during the day. For going out I got wireless Victoria Secret very comfortable.
Still 32D Nordstrom, Macy's, soma and VS

They look amazing! I have that same wireless bra from VS, it is so comfortable. So glad to hear you are doing well and loving your results!
I'm so glad you're happy with your results! I too can feel the bottom of my implants as I had very little breast tissue to cover them and I couldn't agree more about them being cold very often!! That's definitely something I didn't anticipate.

3 weeks post and emotional ups and downs
Last week I was very emotional l did mention at the previous post. I just forgot to mention very important detail that was a cause for it. Going through recovery I was reading different stories at real self and pretty much forgot my own beginning of this process. And every time when I saw someone saying I wish I went bigger I was asking myself if maybe I could go bigger and the more I was reading more I was getting unsure.
Well long story short I know for sure that I made right decision for my body and my life style. I feel so much better I had a list of the most important questions I wrote for all my consultation I had with 5 different Plastic surgeons and some of them said I could go over the muscle and do 400cc Crazy.
Another important detail ask your numbers , write it down and check the size guide of implants you are thinking about.
Don't afraid to ask questions and send email to your PC it's your health and you paying a lots of money.
I was very worried about pushing my limits and taking chances that could have complications like double bubble and bottoming out when implants too big. And it's horrible I completely forgot about it my mind was playing tricks on me and it got to the point that it was all just about 20 cc more. I cannot believe it.
So please if you read my story right your own goals and the reasons Why !!!
My goal was C cup and I got D and I am very happy about it. Again only because my frame is so small 29 inches Sientra Moderate plus 305cc put me at D cup so it really depends on the body tipe.
My BWD 12.2
My PC Dr Baxter told me right away that implan diameter should be at list 5mm smaller than my BWD 12.2 He was the only one who was really concerned about future complications. And I am so thankful. I will right my separate review about Dr Baxter he knows how to say no unfortunately if you keep looking you can always find PC that will go bigger but in a long run it can cause so many issues

So we ended up with implant that has
11.7 diameter and 4cm projection.
I am putting all this info for women that athletic and slender because I know it is hard to find all this information and for me it took a very long time .
I will go in more details regarding yoga and implants in the future. So hopefully will be able to help some women here.

So how is everything going? I've been following your story & you seem to be getting better each week. Are you happy with the size? How many CC's did you end up going with? You look similar to my size. I've been reading & you said there were doctors that said 400 CC's.. would look good then I forgot what size you actually got.
I got 305cc Moderate Plus Sientra. No way I could do 400cc it wasn't safe . Unfortunately some plastic surgeons don't talk about complications and long time results.
I am definitely getting better thank you. Really missing Hot Power Yoga . At least I can go to the gym now and do some low body workout better than nothing.

hello tspring, you are looking beautiful! I am sorry to hear that you were feeling down, but i'm happy you are doing better. I also started to feel like i might have gone a little bit too small around the 2-3 week mark, but now that they are dropping and fluffing more they seem a lot bigger! it's crazy how fast you get used to the size... i think the size you chose looks amazing and is perfect for your frame :)

Thanks for this nice post! You look fantastic I think the size is so perfect for your frame! I have a very similar frame as you may know from my page but I haven't been sized yet. I too was told I could go bigger but I was concerned about increasing my chances for complications with that.
Its been great reading your posts as Ive been taking a ride on the same emotional roller coaster. I had really wanted 400cc implants but my dr ,though willing to put them in, said they would be more likely to lead to complications and my tissue wouldnt fully drape over them. He suggested Sientra 350 anatomicals and I went with his suggestion. Im 3 days post op and I feel torn when I look in the mirror. I know they are a good size on my thinner frame and are proportional , but I still longingly wish I could have gone bigger! My husband REALLY lifted my spirits today after looking at them and saying how sexy they are. Thats definitely what I needed to hear to feel better.

Hello daweri, I think I know exactly how you feel. I am glad your husband supportive , it really helps. I think your results will be great and I really hope your recovery will be easy and no complications. I know how those thoughts getting in your head about bigger size please don't do it to yourself. I think you lucky that your PC was thinking about future communications and was honest.

If it helps, a 32D is a C cup. It’s a sister size. If your band size was 36, it would be a C cup. I’m currently a 32B, which technically makes me an A cup.

I got fitted at Nordstrom, Soma and Victoria Secret and ended up 32DD everywhere. I still don't see DD . Well I know I had no idea about cup size . I love your results again thank you for updates.
So don't by too expensive bras yet.
I just read your update. Please don't get stressed about bottoming out. It doesn't look like it. Mine moved too it feels like it's always slowly changing that makes me worried sometimes. But I really think we just going through recovery process and it's not easy and quick unfortunately. I didn't feel comfortable working out up till now. But I am going to try Hatha this week cannot do Power yet. It does effect me not in a good way emotionally so I am really trying to stay patient. Well I don't have a choice I have 3 kids.
I will update after my Hatha class.
