3 weeks post OP
Its been 3 weeks and things are starting to go back to normal, I have been cycling and walking, the sensitivity has subsidized a lot and it is much better now, the feeling in the nipples and lower part of my left boob is coming back. Boobs seem to have dropped a bit and are starting to soften now. I will wait another week or two before I start on light upper body exercises. They don't feel totally painless yet for running but they will probably feel fine in a week or so. Things seem to heal quickly which is nice. I am using the silicone sheets on my scars, the feel a little hard and bumpy and a little pink but I cant seem the much anyway so they don't bother me. I am very happy that I can still wear most of my sport tops and some bikini tops but now I feel them out nicely, just right.
Exactly what I wanted so very happy :) cant wait until they fully soften

10 days post op
A short update after 10 days.
I removed the plaster and now can see the incisions, they healed pretty well i think. They are slightly larger due to a tear drop shape implant, as they cant fit them same way as round ones.
Boobs seem to settle more. Nipples still very sensitive, breast still sensitive in some areas and still hard but not as tight around my chest as before.
I am now pretty much ok to put clothes over my head, and wear different things.
I love the size and everything I own I now fill out nicely!

1 week post OP
Its officially 1 week post OP for me today, and I am feeling more and more back to my normal again. I even cycled a little today. I know its early but it was good to move a little and as long as I am or doing any impact or high intensity I think it's ok. I also did a 35 min drive to work and back today and it wasn't a problem.
The funny noises are still there when I move my arms, also boobs still very sensitive and firm, but they feel like they starting to drop little by little. It just feel like my skin is constantly stretched.
Funny experience is that t shirts that fittet me before around the chest and were way to big are now just right. I am going to love them when they are in their right place :)
