I still have capsular contracture in my right breast and now it's moved to my left. Seeing Dr. Windle is one of the worst mistakes I've ever made. I wish I was told to get a smaller size for my body and to go with a traditional under the muscle approach...feel silly having these hard boobs when there were cheaper Doctors who probably would've done a better job.

Coming back to update my initial review. I got Capsular contracture from my 385 Sientra over the muscle gummy bear implants. Dr said it happened to let than 5% of women, but going to consults with other Drs I now know that he was lying about those numbers.
Dr.Windle has retired, unsurprisingly, because I think a lot of women he convinced to do his above the muscle implants have gotten Capsular contracture. Mine happened just a year after surgery but because of the pandemic there was nothing I can do about it. My left boob feels real and has softened, its truly a work of art. The right one is hard and looks fake, has been causing me some pain lately.
8K is a lot of money for a bad boob job. Beware of 'rapid recovery' implant pitches. Its clearly a waste of money and not good for your body.

How are you doing? Did you have your implants removed or fixed? I am considering over the muscle implants because I workout and don’t want boob movement. Any advice would be great. I hope you are doing well.

After 3 months my 385 silicone gummy bear implants have softened up so much, done a little fluffing and rearranging and now look perfect. I feel like most ladies don't know the difference between under the muscle and over the muscle implants. My new breasts move and feel just like my natural breasts. I feel this is an overlooked benefit to over the muscle implants. Occasionally under the muscle seems rather stiff and doesn't have natural movement. My significant other thinks they look and feel completely natural and is extremely happy with them. Regardless if he liked them or not, I'm incredibly content and thats what matters!
I've regained all sensation in my breasts! My gym routine does not feel impacted whatsoever by my new implants. I can't feel them at all when lifting.
Side boob situation: I now have side boob for days. Sometimes I think 'this is a bit ridiculous' but most days I feel blessed since it has been years since I even had boobs to spill out of anywhere. Dr. did warn me that I was picking a more side boob heavy CC size. 350cc= modest to no side boob 385= same projection, lots of side boob.
Size: 385cc implants put me from a small B to 34D, which is the perfect size for my petite frame. A breast size that looks modestly full or I can play up to look big in certain outfits. I've seen several family members and no one looked twice at my chest. These swimsuit pix are not padded.
Cannot recommend Dr.Windle enough. He does a great job and ensures a swift recovery.

Hey girl, you look amazing! After reading your post & seeing your pics I def need to do more research on subglandular placement. I didn't even consider overs because I was advised to go under. I was told they would look obviously augmented if placed over the muscle because I had little breast tissue and my thin frame but obviously that is not always the case. I mean look at you! yours look phenomenal! I still have some soreness after exercising and I feel like that is due to the fact they are under the muscle. They are soft but firmer then my natural breasts which were very soft and squishy before.almost too soft Lol I am very happy I got my BA I will gladly take the slightly firmer breasts over tiny breasts lol But it does make me question what I have heard about overs. Btw love your bikini top!

thank you! Because of our similar stats I looked at your profile a bunch before I got my girls done and thought, 'those look great,I really should go under the muscle" ha! You are petite as well and I wondered if I had enough breast tissue for over the muscle. I used to have size D breasts before so I think there was ample stretch in my tissues that needed to be filled. Thanks for the love, hope you're enjoying ta-ta life :)

Amazing results. Always confused by the pros and cons of over the muscle and under.
When it comes to movement - do you have the flexing issue or is that under? Could you post a video showing the movement/softness with over muscle?

hi there- with overs the breasts dont react to flexing. with unders, as my mother demonstrates, hers do react to flexing aka animation in implant speak. I sense my breasts move more naturally on me but there is lots of good under the muscle implants too. I needed overs to fill out excess skin from weight loss, but I sense for other reasons I made the right choice aesthetically for me. I'll post a video of them moving so you can get a better idea of how they resemble natural breasts.

They look great! Could you post more of just your boobs? I also got over the muscle and it’s only been two weeks for me. I’m wanting them to drop more and look more natural and I’m impatient lol. Just curious what yours are looking like.

You look great but do understand overs take greater potential for tissue destruction. I had em for twenty years. Oh the regrets. I started a b/c. After removal and reconstruction at 46 I was left with a really dented and dinged AA cups don't sleep on your tummy and wear a hat 24/7.

with my implant placement I got overs because if I didn't I'd have to get a lift, so I was happy to take the overs. I had excess skin from weight loss I needed to fill. I understand I'll probably need a revision in 10 years or so.

I dont feel like anyone escapes a lift, even if you're a size A. If you have kids or basically age whatsoever breasts need help returning to their natural position.
