Complete Waste of my Money!

This man doesn't really care about your results after he gets your money!!!

After all the money and time I’ve wasted. I leave this place absolutely disappointed, depressed, and angry. I first came to Dr. Grossman for help with my buttocks. I had a small, what appears to be a dent, on my right cheek whereas my left cheek was perfectly circular from a bbl I had done a few years back. He told me it was an easy fix that he first wanted to focus on my breast. He convinced me and we went ahead and did a breast revision. After the amount I paid, I thought I would be happy with my results. I wasn’t. But I was determined to focus on why I went to him in the first place so went back to try and improve the appearance of my bottom. He suggested we do Sculptura, 2 on each side.

Day of the procedure, he decides to do 1 on the left and 3 on the right. Few weeks go by and my right cheek started filling out my pants more than the right. The small denting was now noticeable with my clothes on which it wasn’t before. When I went back for the check-up, I told him I wasn’t happy, and instead of trying to figure out a solution he got very dismissive like “ok well that’s impossible but whatever, just go to the front and we’ll just add more of the Sculptura to even it out.” I go to schedule the appointment when I get asked “how many vials did the doctor say he’s going to do?” I couldn’t even answer because he basically rushed me out to call his next patient in. 

Finally, he came back out & suggested 3 for each side. Day of the procedure, he decides to do 2 on the left and 4 on the right. Seriously?! I even asked beforehand if it was a good idea considering the fact that I’ve told him numerous times that after the last procedure the right side was already feeling bigger than the left. But he kept on insisting that it was impossible.

Finally, a few weeks go by and it was even worse. The right side felt sooo big but because of covid, I had to wait to even try and get it fixed. I had to start wearing loose and oversized shirts to cover up. Finally, after reaching out to him about my dissatisfaction, he finally took more time to plan something out. After numerous times going to his office, he tells me the only solution was to do lipo on the fat on the bottom right corner of my right buttocks. But yet, it’s still there and bigger than it was. I never complained to him about his prices and I was patient throughout all of it but to end up with a bigger problem than what I came in with. 

Absolutely disappointing. And what’s worse is that in the beginning, he told me about removing bad reviews because “they weren’t true” but now I don’t know. They probably were true. Hopefully, in the future, he’ll listen to his patients from the beginning instead of wasting everyone time and messing up to the point he couldn’t fix it anymore. And if you’re looking to become a new patient of his, just make sure you make yourself more clear about your body goals.
