Sculpsure was no joke!!
Gut2buttJuly 3, 2018
Today I went to DeRosa Plastic Surgery in Bloomfield Hills Michigan. Tim did my sculpsure procedure. He is funny, informative and honest. Dr DeRosa and Tim both told me I’d get better results from smart lipo but that I’d get some results with sculpsure. He warned me about potential lumps after procedure and told me drinking [RS bleep] tons of water and massaging 2 times a day for at least 6 mins would help with this. I wasn’t prepared for how painful it would be. Lol I have a high tolerance for pain but I def cussed Tim out for 30 minutes straight during procedure. He talked me thru and kept my mind off the pain as much as possible. It gets very hot and feels like cramping. After the sculpsure is over my stomach feels pretty sore! I will post some pics and measurements soon. I’m 40 years old. No kids. 152lbs and 5’7”. Any questions....please ask away!! I’m scheduled for another treatment in 6 weeks. So here goes hoping the pain is worth ittttttt!!
I received this complimentary treatment through the RealFriends program.

So I’ve read the more fat u have the worse sculpsure hurts. I have a significant amount of fat. More than the ideal candidate. I’m swollen and sore. I went for a walk and drank about 4 waters, hoping I speed things along.

Thanks for sharing your experience! Just curious did you have your lower or upper abdomen done? And if you had both lower and upper did you get four or eight plates? The water and massage should really help move things along. I had a small lump in my lower abdomen my very first day; but it was gone by the next day after massaging a few times. I also have a review here. Feel free to stop by if you’d like to compare notes. I look forward to following your progress. :-)

Same here! That’s the area (i.e. lower abdomen) I did. “Swollen” is a good thing from what I’ve heard.... :-)

I had my inner thighs done and I definitely agree with the pain. It was more than I expected. I was pretty sore and a little swollen for a few days after!

It’s still pretty early. I think any results I’ve seen are the swelling going away! Haha

How long does the swelling lassstttt!?

I’m still swollen. Like very bloated. I’m having a hard time hiding it. My high waisted jeans killed me today. And I’m still sore when I bend or touch the area.

I was also quite swollen two days post treatment. In fact this is probably the day I felt the most swollen. Everyone’s different but it should subside within the next several days. Are you doing the massage and drinking the water (i.e. 6 to 8 glasses per day) per most post treatment instructions? This should help. And especially be sure to drink enough water. I know it seems counterintuitive to drink water especially if you’re already feeling bloated; however if your body doesn’t get as much water as it needs, it tries to retain fluid, which can make you look and feel even more swollen and bloated. Google for details. Good luck. :-)

I am drinking a lot of water. The problem is I don’t drink much at work so I wonder if that’s a problem. I drink 1 bottle before work 1 at work and about 4/5 after work. I’m feeling some hard lumps today and still swollen and feel the jiggle in my stomach lol

Does it hurt to wear jeans?! Do we need to rethink our wardrobes and wear loose fitting clothing until the swelling and discomforts subsides!? If you take Tlenolndoes the discomfort and pain subside?

I wear high waisted jeans and they have been pretty uncomfortable. Today is Day 4 and I’m feeling pretty good but still swollen.
