Dr. Derosa is amazing! Her staff & her have the highest patient care from start to finish. I had breast implant removal surgery and could not be happier with the results. I would highly recommend her.

If you’re looking for an explant surgeon do yourself a favor and use Dr. DeRosa. Not only a skilled and experienced surgeon, she herself has been a patient and advocate for explant and BII. I couldn’t recommend her (and everyone who works in the surgical team and office) more. Warm, caring, supportive, and my results look great at 7 weeks post op, can’t wait to see the final result! Dr DeRosa put me at ease immediately and made me feel like we were old friends. Seriously the best bedside manner I’ve experienced. She does what she says she will do. They are prompt in the office as well, running on time seems like a luxury these days. Thank you Dr DeRosa!!

My surgery was the best experience I could’ve asked for. Dr DeRosa is so kind and caring. The whole staff really understands the process of implant removal, from the scheduling, to the consultation and of course on the day of surgery. They make sure you are taken care of.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. DeRosa and her entire staff! Each of them (Dr. DeRosa, Nurse Katie, Wanda, Tim, and Mackenzie) made me feel so comfortable and welcome from the second I stepped through the door at DeRosa Plastic Surgery. I was suffering big time with Breast Implant Illness that had lead to an autoimmune diagnosis, medications with terrible side effects, and just a lack of ability to truly live life at 36 years old. I'm 8 weeks post-op now and feel like an entirely new person! Not to mention, Dr. DeRosa does beautiful work and I feel even more feminine with my new breasts than I ever did with my implants! The day of surgery went so smoothly, I arrived at 6:30am to see Nurse Katie's smiling face and the smiles didn't stop, both Wanda and Dr. DeRosa came to speak with me and made sure I was comfortable with everything that was about to happen. After care was great, Nurse Katie called to check on me and give me reminders for the following days. Skipping ahead to my 6 week post-op, I walked in their door feeling like a whole new person, Dr. DeRosa celebrated with me, made me like a part of the family, and even posed for a selfie with me (who wouldn't want a reminder of the person who gave them their life back!). I will forever be grateful to Dr. DeRosa and her entire team for what they have done for me and how incredibly I was treated throughout the entire process!

When I required explant surgery, I wanted the absolute best skilled surgeon I could find. Dr. DeRosa certainly delivered! She is a gifted and talented surgeon who truly cares about her patients before and long after the operation. Her husband Tim, the surgical coordinator/educator was very instrumental in making sure I was equipped with all the necessary information needed before I even had consulted with the dr.
