Office review: Caution

Had a free consultation and set appt for procedure at the end of the week. They had me sign papers and I ask for copy of what I signed and she said we will give to you at your procedure. I cancelled the next day. Then I get a call from care credit. They had charged care credit for the full amount before even touching me and said NO REFUND.... I called numerous times and had to leave a message for Lori. She responded by text that she would call me when free. I still haven't heard a word from her.
It ask my treatment below and I do not know they wouldn't give me any paperwork. I'm a business owner myself and use care credit. You are not suppose to run a charge thru until services are rendered.
