I been shavin since I was 14 years old really by fault because I thought if there is hair somewhere not wanted, you shave it off. I am 40 years old now and I dreamed of getting laser hair removal on various areas of my body to improve my skin and appearance. I am completely satisfied with my experience at the medical spa! Lorrie, Tracy, and the entire staff were extremely wonderful and made me feel very comfortable with exposing my skin issues. I have no cons with my experience and I look forward to future treatments.
Great office staff. However, this treatment is misleading. I had three treatments and the final treatment resulted in hard nodules on both sides of my abdomen that leave me with a worse stomach than I did before treatment. This treatment only works if you have a little bit of fat. Waste of $3,000
Had a free consultation and set appt for procedure at the end of the week. They had me sign papers and I ask for copy of what I signed and she said we will give to you at your procedure. I cancelled the next day. Then I get a call from care credit. They had charged care credit for the full amount before even touching me and said NO REFUND.... I called numerous times and had to leave a message for Lori. She responded by text that she would call me when free. I still haven't heard a word from her. It ask my treatment below and I do not know they wouldn't give me any paperwork. I'm a business owner myself and use care credit. You are not suppose to run a charge thru until services are rendered.
