Male Breast Reduction

On August 2016, I had a Gynecomastia surgery performed By Dr. Sean Lille that resulted in a depression line going across my right chest, extending under the armpits causing severe visible deformation. Two days after the surgery was done, I contacted and asked him about the visible depressed line, and his answer was that "he had placed and extensive amount of gauzes to cover the surgical site and that's what's causing compression on the area but it will flat out by time”. On the three month follow up post-surgery visit, the deformity was still visible and he knew that this was not going away, so he sent in his assistant, Merlyn, to meet up with me so that she can feed him with how I truly felt about the results before he sees me so that he comes in prepared. During the visit, he had told me that the sides of the chest aren’t a part of the gynecomastia surgery and I will need to have another surgery with additional cost but the fat grafting will be free of charge.
I had consulted a lawyer and his opinion was that, “you don’t know your damages unless you see the fix and have another expert opinion”.
So I had another revision surgery done by Dr. Lille on May 2017, but still no improvement.
I had consulted another experienced surgeon and his report confirms the existence of deformity and unaddressed areas with fat.
He offered to perform a fat grafting in the office for free, but who would go for another try?!

On August 2016 I had Gynecomastia surgery...

On August 2016 I had Gynecomastia surgery performed By Sean T Lille, Scottsdale AZ that ended up with a deformity depression line going across the right chest extended under the armpit. Insignificant reduction to chest’s fat as well as irregular chest contouring. He placed more gauzes to cover it and when I asked two days later, he said “it’s the ace compressing the area and it will flat out by time”. On my third month post-surgery’s visit, he sent his assistance, Merlyn to meet with me before him so that she can tip him off so that he comes prepared with answers. Then he came to the room saying the sides of the chest aren’t part of the surgery and will require another surgery with an additional cost but the fat grafting under the areola area is free. Also, he said, “VASER® Liposelection didn’t work well on this side of my body”.

Legal and medical have advised that “you don’t know your damages unless you see the fix and have another expert’s opinion”. So I had another revision done by him on June 2017 and still no improvement as showing the pictures.

An experienced, two surgeons reports are available confirming the deformity and unaddressed areas with fat.
