swelling way down, scars are still pretty pronounced. My belly scar might need to be worked. Overall still glad I did it.

8 Months - Time shows results
Haven't been on here in a few months. The lesson I've learned ladies is to hang in there. Time, good dieting and exercise makes a big difference. Katie

Doing pretty good, however will speak with DR about upper abdominal bloat and a small scar over my belly button.

When do you feel like you are bloated? I am curious as I am trying to distinguish what is swelling and what is bloating.

It is more like a tightness that progresses through the day, which tells me fluids. Before I had a lower belly pouch and weak lower abdomen now an upper bulge. I'm going to give it 6 months. Thanks.

I am experiencing same upper bloating... I spoke to Dr. He said still to early to tell. In two weeks it will be 3 months for me. I was advised to keep wearing garment.
