I am 100% Asian. I had a 1st Rhinoplasty 2years ago to add hight on my nose tip but I was not happy as my nostril was not even. I went to see 4 different plastic surgeons for their opinions. I decided to go with Dr David Hecht as he is the one of very few facial plastic surgeon/ENT doctor who only works on face, which means a lot more experience on rhinoplasty compare to other plastic surgeon who does everything. I had a ear cartridge graft and total surgery time was about 4 hours. I had no bruise at all ..Today is 14th day from surgery and my nose already looking great!! My nose have a nice tip but look natural. He is a real good doctor.
