For the past 10 years I have been researching rhinoplasty doctors and have spent close to 1k in consult fees. I have spoken to doctors from nyc, la, Miami and Scottsdale. I had my rhinoplasty surgery with Dr. Hecht last month and it was the best experience from start to finish. From the start I loved that he actually examined my nose during consult, his staff is amazing and my husband who is also a surgeon was impressed by his portfolio and credentials. Next the surgery and surgery center. The surgery center Paradise Valley Specialty Surgery center was amazing. The nurses were so sweet and they didn’t leave my side and the anesthesiologist was very kind and thorough explaining the process. I woke up with no side effects, mind you I did prepare my body two weeks prior, when I woke up from surgery I had very little bruising and my recovery was very smooth. I think that this also has to do with Dr. Hecht technique I think he is very delicate and knowledgeable when it comes to surgery practices. Dr. Hecht gave me my dream nose and I will forever be grateful for him and his team. I was in such good hands and care and my advice to those who have been wanting to get a rhinoplasty he is the best! He has been doing this for 25 years so there is nothing he hasn’t seen. Also I want to mention my breathing was back within a couple of days and after a week I was able to return to work and looked and felt great. I also had concerns that some of my friends who had a rhinoplasty had their voice change.. thank god this was not the case because Dr. Hecht knows what he’s doing. I am still so ecstatic and grateful I picked him as my surgeon because I think he’s truly the best and an artist. I always say he’s a doctor from god because he is gifted. I hope this review was helpful for those considering surgery with him!

I want to thank Dr. Hecht and especially his entire staff for their unmatched professionalism, friendliness, care, and concern. Dr. Hecht did EXACTLY what he said he would and I had hoped for! I am able to breath in a way I didn't even think was possible. For anyone considering septoplasty, DO NOT PUT IT OFF ANY LONGER. Dr. Hecht (literally) changed my life. As someone who is very active in sports and fitness, being able to breath normally was absolytely a game changer for me.

I had the most fantastic experience at Dr. Hecht’s office. For starters the entire staff is so sweet, kind, uplifting, and all around amazing!! They make you feel not only welcome but comfortable and you can tell the energy in the office is fantastic. Feels like you’re a part of their family. I got an upper bleph procedure done by Dr. Hecht and it was so quick and easy and the whole procedure was a breeze. I would HIGHLY recommend this procedure with Dr. Hecht if you’re interested in it. Couldn’t have been easier. I also did an oxygen facial with Angela which was AMAZING and we have a game plan to help me achieve my skin goals. Excited to see how the results turn out in the next few months.

I feel so blessed to have been referred to Dr. Hecht by one of Scottsdale‘s top mohs surgeons. This was my second go around with skin cancer in the exact same place on my nose. I am living proof of Dr. Hecht’s amazing blessed genius. My left nostril and part of my nose were recreated from my right ear and my forehead. I tell this to people and they look at me like I’m crazy, cause you would never know! Not only is he humble and ever so kind, but so is the expert team of ladies within his office…From my initial informational phone call with Christie; to the ease of coordinating with Veronica; and then his comforting & supportive surgical assistant Megan; to my after care with Angela, his amazing aesthetician. Dr. Hecht is double board certified as an ENT and plastic surgeon. This gives him a huge edge above all other facial surgeons. Thank you forever Dr. Hecht & staff!

I was recently a first time rhinoplasty patient and I’m so happy I chose Dr. Hecht. My nose not only fits my face much better now, but gives me an overall softer and more balanced appearance. Most importantly, it looks like it *could* have been mine naturally. I also had such little bruising and swelling after surgery which can only be due to the incredible skill and precision of Dr. Hecht. I truly cannot say enough positive things about him and his practice. The process went so smoothly and the staff (special shout-out to Christie) was impressively responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. I cannot imagine choosing anyone else for such a big decision and I would recommend Dr. Hecht for a rhinoplasty in a heartbeat.

I had a rhinoplasty done by Dr Hecht 3 years ago and I love it- (my review on that is below)- I went back to him two days ago for fillers and Botox and he is amazing, so talented at what he does and I am 100% comfortable trusting my face with him. I can’t say enough good things about him. I am so happy with my face- even had a stranger tell me I was so pretty today. I went my whole life thinking was not attractive and now at 43 I look better than I ever have thanks to Dr Hecht.

In 2011 I went to see Dr. Hecht for a consultation, he was very helpful in answering all my questions and I felt comfortable with him and his staff. The day after my consultation I found out I was pregnant with my first Child, so my dreams of having a new nose was put on hold. I ended up having three more kids in the coming years. When I was done nursing my last child in 2018, I told my husband it’s time for me to go see Dr. Hecht again. I finally went back and scheduled my surgery for July 9, 2019. Words cannot express how thankful I am for Dr. Hecht and his whole team, I am in love with my new nose! Not only can I breathe better now, but I love my profile which is something I could never say before. If you are thinking about getting a nose job, please go see Dr. Hecht! He knows what he is doing and only works on the face.

After having surgery due to cancer in my nose, a large piece of my nostril was missing. My surgeon recommended Dr. Hecht to repair it. I am so grateful to him for that. Dr. Hecht is a caring, gifted, and skilled plastic surgeon. His work is incredible. People are amazed at the outcome. Dr. Hecht restored my face and I will forever be grateful to him. He is truly an artist. The office staff is so helpful, comforting, and caring. I felt Dr. Hecht and his staff were with me every step of the way. I would highly recommend Dr. Hecht to anyone who was in need of plastic surgery. I have had many other plastic surgeries before, but I can truly say he is the best.

I recently had my nose fixed by Dr. Hecht and I have to say I am MORE than pleased with the results. I did not have a typical rhinoplasty; mine was more complicated because of a nasal perforation. Dr. Hecht did an outstanding job. Also, what I love about Dr. Hecht is that he is realistic and conservative. He will tell you what is obtainable and what is not realistic. Dr. Hecht is also so very precise, especially when he does the pre-op exams; he puts on special glasses and goes over every detail on the face. I definitely, without a doubt, recommend Dr. Hecht and will go back to him for my next procedure.

I went to Dr Hecht in Jan 2019 for rhinoplasty (cosmetic and some inside work done). I am so happy with the way it turned out and it looks so much better and I can breathe better through my nose too now. I was nervous and worried like anyone else would be, but if you don't know which doctor to go to, I don't think you can go wrong with this one, he's very good at what he does and I have zero regrets about choosing him for this surgery. The people in the office are great also, they are very nice and worked with me as far as payment and insurance questions and they were very patient and friendly. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Hecht- if I need anything else done in the future I wouldn't hesitate or be nervous to go back to him.
