I had a full mommy makeover with tummy tuck, breast lift and augmentation as well as an umbilical hernia repair. My breast look amazing and natural along with the rest of my body, you can barely tell I have any scars on my breasts and my tummy tuck scar has already healed dramatically. I feel more sexy and confident now than when I was 18 doing sports and weighed less. This surgery really changed my life and even my husband and kids are excited to see me happy and healthy with my amazing new body. I had pretty bad diastasis recti and an umbilical hernia which caused me pain and prevented me from doing certain activities. After 70lbs of weight I dropped after having my kids I had tummy pouch which was just skin from all I had lost which made it hard to run or be active without it flapping around making noise and causing me pain. I now have the flat tummy I worked for and the excess skin was removed along with the hernia repair which has left me pain free and able to run and play with my kids and family more. I receive compliments on a daily basis from friends, family and even strangers. After all I did to work so hard to lose the weight, hide my skin and tore abdominal muscles over the past years, it feels amazing to be able to wear things more confidently and really show off the body I've worked for. I can't say enough how happy I am with the results and support I've had along the way.

@Ninjashay, I have posted a few pictures above to see the difference, I couldn't be happier with my results! I will tell you there were honest moments in the beginning when you think "why did I do this?" "it hurts, I'm uncomfortable" "I should have just stayed how I was" This was all very common from the experience as my friend just had her breasts done and 1 week in was telling her husband she wanted them out lol. I am so glad I had such a great support system and now here at 6 months my breast look and feel so amazing and natural and I'm back to the gym doing things I couldn't do before because of my abdominal muscles. I made the best decision by going through with this surgery and going to Dr. Guerra!

Woww that's amazing!! I saw your pics and u look awesome! I'm so excited now lol did u get lipo with the tummy tuck too? About how long did it take for u to get back to the gym and do abdominal workouts?

I did get the lipo on the hips and bra rolls. I was back to work in less than 3 weeks and to the gym in about 4. I started doing more abdominal just this last week or so. Everyone is different but I was impressed with how quickly I was back to doing most things again already. I had a hard work out last night and aside from my hips being a little tender around where my incision was, I felt great!

Thats awesome!!! I hope I have the same turn out as you :) Im very active so its going to be weird not being able to work out for a while. but to obtain results like yours then I dont mind putting off the gym for a few weeks lol Today I met with Guerra and got my prescriptions/ signed all the paper work needed for the surgery. Im so excited, I cant believe this is really happening! at first i was a little apprehensive about the lipo but after seeing yours and a few others results with Guerra, imma just go head and do it along with the tummy tuck lol Do you have any tips or recommendations to have ready before going into surgery? did you have to use a walker or toilet seat raiser to help during recovery? im so nervous, sorry for all the questions lol

I didn't have to use any special equipment at all. I did have an aerobic step by my bed since ours is higher off the ground and my husband was great to help me around when I needed as I wasn't able to get out of bed on my own. I did purchase a few cheap pillows from Target to surround me in bed so I could stay bumpered in haha and that was I didn't need to worry about what got on them from my bandages and such. I stayed propped up with pillows as well as had them under my arms and on the sides of me to keep everything cushioned. The lipo spots were bruised and sore for a bit at first but it heals quickly. I would highly recommend getting a lymphatic massage after surgery as well. They aren't cheap but I was able to get 2 before returning to work and it helped with drainage, swelling and keeping scar tissue lumps down. It's a specialty massage for after surgeries like this and I'm so glad I went and wish I would have been able to do more in the first few weeks. I got a personal vibrator to massage over areas where the lipo was to keep the tissue broke down since in the beginning it may freak you out being a little lumpy and noticeable to you. My husband helped with massaging these areas as well which was great since I cringe once something starts to feel weird and I needed to push through the feeling and little pain to make sure I healed well. I did the Embrace therapy which was so worth it and helped minimize my scars greatly! Honestly the first bit I just slept in bed as much as I could and then once returning to work about 2 1/2 weeks in I had to remember to still take it easy since you will be tired and sore for a bit. The compression garment and coobie bras were such a help once I started dressing normal again and helped with the soreness and swelling for a while too. You will do great and just know that I was nervous too but in the end it was so worth it and the experience was made so much easier by Dr. Guerra and his team, they are wonderful!

Ah yes, I've heard of a Lymphatic massage before... I'll have to work that into my budget then cuz I've heard it was really good but not necessary. I'm willing to invest what ever it takes to make sure I get a great outcome :) one thing I was worried about the lipo was possibly getting this divots/crater looking holes on my body. I've seen some ladies with those and I wasn't sure if that's preventable or not. Do u think those massages helped with creating a smooth like appearance? How often did u get the massages :)

I had 1 massage about 2 weeks post op and 1 at 3 weeks. I definitely think it helps, massage vibration helps as well. Just being able to have those areas massages breaks down the scar tissue that could leave those appearances. I didn't plan it into my budget before or I would have gotten more as I think once or twice a week for the first few weeks would have been completely worth it and helped me even more!
