What I used to help with my bruising on my Right breast

I just wanted to share what helped with the bruising on my right breast. Penetrex cream had Armica in it which is the same ingredient in the pill I was taking for bruising. It really helped in getting rid of the last of my bruising.

2 months post-op and I could not be any happier
I went to see my sister in Tucson where she decided to throw me a 3B party.... which I had no idea what it was but it turns out I had Boob, Butt and Belly. I have a feeling after showing a few very nice women my 3B's that I doubt I will be too shy in the future. lol... Since they really didn't know me that well I showed the before pics and one woman said OMG! and covered her mouth like she made a mistake. I laughed and told her I agree it was totally a oh my god moment in life for me. Gotta say that doing this with Dr. Repta's office was great. just before the anesthesiologist was going to put me out he mentioned to me a book on nutrition called the China Study. Downloaded the book with all the extra time on my hands and its really help me gear my health to match my body. Super great people all the way around. OH and I do recommend the book, it's a bit tech but gets what makes each bit and intake important. :)

I feel fantastic! so if that is a 5 .... big 5. I have gone to the gym 3 times this week. lift weights for 40 min and elliptical for 20 min. eating light healthy meals and working on the rest of my body to catch up to the purdy tummy. :) walk in the morning. It has completely inspired me to be my most healthy. doing meditation and Yoga.... I am so freaking happy. :) yes, I got Dr. Reptas office to share the pics with me. and thank you sooo very much!!!! how about you? how's the progress?

I'm doing great too! I mistakenly said I was going in today, but it's tomorrow and I rescheduled for next Friday. I have too much going on at home. But I am walking and trying to remain fit like you. But I still don't feel comfortable lifting weights, you had a lot more done than me, so you are one tough cookie! I went into a place in Scottsdale, just west of Dr. Repta's office called the Lymphatic Healing Center and I received a lymphatic massage, my first massage ever, and it was so wonderful. I highly recommend it. I called Repta's office first to get their blessing about it.

I changed my tape today myself before a shower
I don't see the doc for 2 weeks and I really wanted to clean myself. heres a pic of me without tape......

The swelling is really subsiding and you are looking better and better, or as your hubby is probably thinking, "hotter and hotter." :-)
Are you going to do the Embrace scar therapy? I did and tomorrow will be my last one.

I have not done the Embrace. I HAVE been watching your scar or that hairline would be scar. it's impressive I can not wait to see your next picture! thanks for the compliment. I do feel ..... hmmm... more feminine :) Thanks for hanging in here with me :)
