So I went in for my 90days on July 1st and quite frankly I was not happy with the outcome. The 90day pictures compared to my before pics I only saw about minimal difference! I left the office unhappy and honestly went to another office seeking more treatments because the office I went to for a second opinion guaranteed their work! I was surprised and went back to the first office where I had the treatment at wanting a refund! I spoke to the office where I had the CS at multiple times and they really wanted to fix the problem and get me results! So today was the day I went in for redo treatments! Two coolcores for lower stomach and two upper coolfit! Like always the only painful part for me is the massage! The office made me very comfortable :) they were able to do two machines on me! Which took the treatment time to two hours instead of four! Really hoping I see results because I don't know if I want to go threw it again! I'll keep you guys posted!

I've had both liposuction and coolsculpting. You're using some different terminology that I've never heard in conjunction with coolsculpting so hopefully you're getting the real deal. Looking at your body you're a great candidate for coolsculpting!! A second round after 90 days could really help. I'm 5'2 115lbs and I had inner thigh fat and I had to go through 2 rounds. It sucks but having had lipo I know how to tame expectations. If you want really great and faster results get a lotion with cocoa butter and once a day massage "clockwise". I put the lotion on and use my knuckles and am fairly aggressive. It will stimulate the nerves and break up the tissue. Final advice would be to wear a compression garment at all times for first 2 weeks after. People will disagree since that's aftercare for liposuction but it will get you better/faster results. Good luck!! I think your body already looks great :)

Well for the first two weeks I didn't work out much. I did watch what I ate but still had a few cheat meals. Once I felt better I worked out 3-4 days a week!

Your rating shows not worth it. Was that a mistake or how you feel now that you've had time since having it done? Also wondering if you notice any loose skin issues? I'm considering doing it next week. Thanks!!

Well the first 30 days I kinda saw a change but then 60/90days came and I didn't see much of a change. I actually had my redo appointment today and it went great the only part that is uncomfortable is the massage!

It's been one week since I had my CS and I have to say day 4-6was so painful for me I had to call my office and they said it's because the nerve endings are waking up! It literally felt like someone was ripping my insides out! I couldn't sleep or work! The office called in a prescription for me which helped but I could only take at night because it made you sleepy. I used my cream and ice pack and just layer in bed all day for those couple days :/ today though I feel good still sore and tinder to touch area but I'm not really experiencing any sharp/pinching pain or discomfort:)
I've been drinking tons of water at least 4 1liters a day! I'm feeling better and might go to gym tomorrow:)

Hey I have a question, I'm getting coolsculpting done tomorrow. I really don't want any weight off my muffins (I have no shape otherwise). I notice you seemed to lose weight on your muffins, (you look amazing btw!) Did they place the applicator there? Did your hips area or waist go in the applicator?
Thanks for your patience. Your results are gorgeous!

They placed the coolmax on the lower stomach and two small ones on upper like a diamond shape like this /_\ I'm most likely going to go back and get my sides done too! Good luck on your procedure!

Thanks sweetie I had a few consults at spa like places and they were great but I didn't choose them because I got approved for a medical credit card and those places don't take it! And if they took it I would of picked the place I felt most comfortable with ;) good luck with the coolsculpting!
