Wow you look fantastic! Hope this isnt too rude but what was your weight before surgery? Dont answer tha question if you dont want. It looks like our body shapes are very simular. I only hope mine turns out as good as yours.
Thank you I feel like a new better version of myself. I am 5'4 and on the day of surgery I was 169 lbs down from 202 lbs. I wasn't at my "ideal" weight which I know is the preference for some doctors but my Dr saw that I had fat and loose skin along with needing a muscle repair. He told me we could go two ways. Do more aggressive lipo first then do the tummy tuck down the road or do the tuck along with a less aggressive lipo. He said in my situation he felt that I could get a very good result with the second option and if I felt I needed a bit more lipo down the road that would be possible. I can't tell you the importance of finding the right dr. I saw several and heard many different options. I am so glad I went with the Dr I did because he gave me honest opinions and realistic goals. But I must say that the results far exceeded my expectations. I will still continue to try to make better choices with my eating and I just two days ago started doing the elliptical machine again. I think having the surgery has made me feel so much better about my body and I feel inspired to take better care of it now.
I hope this helps if u have any other questions let me know. Thanks :)
