Can't sleep.. So thought I would check in! How is everyone feeling? I haven't had much time with work to be in this, so good days and bad. I'm still very tender I need to update some pictures which I have not done and I'm anxious to get to working out again I haven't been eating the best I'm feeling kind of sluggish and needing to get back with my program all in all my breasts look great. Very tender and sensitive in the shower. I tried to wear normal normal bra the other day but I had to put a sports bra on top of it just to keep them from moving. The last two weekends I try to stay in the house as much as possible and rest so I can heal. I'm going to sales marketing position so I am out and about all the time at events and have to be on my game so sometimes it's hard when people can't see the pain that I'm in. Not everybody knows and the people at work that I do know sometimes ask why would you still be in pain. I want to slap people like that just because I don't have a cast on showing an injury doesn't mean it doesn't hurt lol! Anyways all the best to girls out there and looking forward to everyone's updating:) big hugs!!

Bras
I promise I will put some progress pictures up I just haven't done that yet I've been taking pictures over the last couple weeks but here are some ideas for bras I've tried on a whole bunch of different ones for comfort and I wear the one that hooks in the front super comfy and they are from Walmart. I also found this other one that has a little bit of padding in it and it's a juniors but I got it in a large and an extra large and can wear that underneath the cotton one for when I go to work for padding. If you have a store there and you can go there they are cheaper than they are online.

Hi there! I am only five days post and so far not in a lot of pain. Where is your pain specifically? (in the breasts themselves or when reaching, etc). Surprisingly I only had my implants in for 19 mos. Within weeks of getting them in I came down with weird neurological type symptoms. I also hated how big they were (went from an A to a small D) and they never felt comfortable. I am happy to be back to me and am hoping I heal relatively quickly. If you have any suggestions, let me know. Thanks and good luck! Hopefully you are still getting enough rest!

Thank you! I first five days were pretty easy considering that my mom was here to help and my boyfriend and I was also on pain meds. Mostly just a little bit of nerve pain but I had some pain yesterday because I just did too much at work and lifted something I shouldn't have otherwise just trying to keep them tight so there's little movement it's just more comfortable when I go to work and when i'm driving. This week will be three weeks post op they look really good I have them in for 15 years and they pretty much almost look like they did 15 years ago I was in A asked for a c but was a D!

Have you looked into the Carefix bras? They have a few that are open in the front and have good compression. Amazon has them. Easy to get on and off and can clamp you down. I believe they have a super compression that zips up as well. But if you get that one size up because it is really really tight. *healing hugs* xoxoxo <3 Don't push yourself too hard right now, you are not even a month out! <3 xxo

Thank you!!! I will look! I talked to the doc nurse and they said I don't need compression just not underwire yet but just trying a few different ones.. Then the other nurse said I can wear underwire regular bra since my incision is on nipple.. Anyway my main priority right now is comfort and the breasts not moving since it's still tender when they are in a lose type sports bra so thank you for suggesting I will take a look at those. While in a store today I thought I may have to design something for all you girls lol! Tinykitty I hope you are good:-) xo
