A bit of a nervous wreck. Decided on 375cc-400cc silicone. The doctor requests a range in size you are comfortable in, rather than a hard number. Ultimately, the final decision is made in OR. CUrrently, I am a small B cup. I'm 5'6" and 125 lbs. And I just want to be fuller. I think I am shooting for a small D cup. Don't want to be obnoxious looking. But also want a dramatic enough difference if I'm going through major surgery. Had pre-op appt today. Went well. Nurse made me feel comfortable.
Does anyone out there have stats similar to mine? If so, what size did you go??

Wow!! That size will look perfect on you. Your before pics look great also. You are going to be soooo happy with the outcome!! Congrats!! I am a shorter than you and my 350s moved me into a 30D or DD from a 30 A/B originally (I have a super tiny ribcage), so you could probably even go up to 450 to get you closer to a full D if you wanted to, I bet. Check out my pics and my story.

Hi! Thanks so much for your response. I haven't felt like I've had anyone to talk to about all of this, so it feels good to hear from someone. How tall are you?

Hello there...I feel the same way. I have the support of my family but is not like I can talk to them about this all the time.....I have a range as well; however, I am not even sure at this point what the end result will be. Your wish pics are pretty much what I am looking for. I am also getting a tummy tuck because I need it as you can see. I work out all the time but at 44 there is so much I can do:) I am 5.3 and 120 pounds....any thoughts on how many cc's I need to achieve the look we are both going for?

35os will take a normal person into the full C range. It made me a D because my ribcage is small. That's a normal implant size. Now that I'm 7 weeks post op, I think they are not large at all. Kind of perfect. If you're taller, you can go bigger and get the exact same effect, so perhaps 400? I went up 125 cc from first BA to the second and I can barely tell the difference, so it takes a lot to see a difference.

You look like you workout. How long before you were able to go back to gym? Upper body/lower body exercises? Did you gain weight during your recovery?

Me? Check out my profile for all the info. But yes, I teach and practice yoga daily, run, and lift weights. I was cleared for cardio and lower body work at 2 weeks, started running at 4 weeks -- the incisions hurt for a week from the sports bras, and started upper body yoga gradually at about 5 weeks. 6 weeks everything felt almost completely normal except for deep forward folds. I did gain about 4 lbs but I know once I'm back to normal I'll lose it (presurgery I would do yoga twice a day, run every day, and weights -- sometimes up to 3 or 4 hours a day just cause it's fun, not to lose or gain weight. I've always been this size.)

Oooh tough to say how many cc's you would need. Depends on what you're starting with. There are lots of ranges of B cups....do you have any before pics of what you look like now?

You have good starting material. Lol. Despite our stat difference we have very similar befores. Wish you all the best!

You have pretty similar stats to me but I think my ribcage is a little bit wider then yours. I went with 371 under muscle and they are really great, not obnoxious at all but when I put on a tight top I feel AMAZING! It is just such a great experience and I think that you will look great, if you are thinking about 400 then do it because everyone always says that they wish they went bigger. I was thinking about the 339 and the 371 and went back and forward forever. My husband persuaded me into the 371 and they were the right choice they look awesome. Do whatever makes you feel good!

Surgery Complete! 425cc Silicone Unders

User Avatar
Fit in Scottsdale
It's official! My sure very was completed this morning. After showing my doctor my wish pics, I ended up with 425cc silicone unders. During my pre-op, I had decided to go 400cc, but the doctor made an executive decision to go up a bit in size. I told him that I wanted to be a small D.

I woke up from surgery experiencing pain and nausea. But the meds have been keeping it under control.
Overall, my 1st day post op has been relatively smooth.
