Over ten years
WORTH IT$8,000
I thought I’d do a quick update of what my implants look like after over ten years. My son is almost 6 and I nursed him with these. I feel like I’ve been lucky and they’ve held up well. I think I would have another BA if I had the money. They are certainly not as perky as they used to be. But I am still so happy I did it and I still love them.

I honestly cannot get over how natural they look!!! I love how your chest muscle covers the implant. It is just beautiful work.
Thanks! I really love them!!
Gorgeous! And cute baby too :)
Thanks ❤️

Pictures
So I'm still trying to find all of my pictures. But I just snapped a few. Forgive my figure right now. Recovering from rhinoplasty and haven't worked out it awhile.

are those hp or mod plus?
I think they were just moderate. I can't remember though. I tried to look in my cabinet for the paperwork but it's been so long and k have no idea where it is.
Omg, your figure withOUT working out is gorgeous! Sheesh!
Your boobs look so good & totally natural! That's awesome!!
Thank you for coming back and reassuring us ladies how there ARE success stories out there! : ) xOxO
Thanks! Well and if you consider that I had an nursed a baby they really held up well. My breasts are naturally wide set. They were always shaped differently from each other. And I have a very boney chest wall. I think that a lot of you will even have better luck with your augmentation than I did. And I love them so much. Never regretted them for a second. I had no pain. And my insions aren't really visible. Under my nipple.
My sister nursed her two babies and hers held up too! You never would've known you had a baby! You look really great: )
My chest wall is also pretty bony and it's uneven- the dr. said my left side pushes out a bit more than the right so I may need two different sized implants.
Congratulations on a painless recovery!! Did you do anything in particular that helped you avoid the pain?
I'm afraid of hard core meds so I'm going to try 3 Alleve after and see if that works for me, if I need it. I tend to want to push through pain because I'd rather have it than feel like I'm dizzy, nauseous or loopy.
We'll see though!
Thank you: -)
I'm exactly the same!!! I hate pain medication. I took the heavier pills for 2 days only with this and with my recent rhinoplasty. That's all. Then I switched to Tylenol. Mostly I slept the first few days. No pain at all. And that is it. The worst of surgery is waiting for your result. And even when my breasts were high and weird I still loved them. Ha ha. Hooray boobs!
Do you remember what brand you used? Were they Mentor or Sientra Implants or something else?
Mentor. I did find the guarantee I have on those so for sure mentor.
Your result still looks awesome. And this is AFTER having a baby and BFing, that's so encouraging because I want to get my breasts done by dr Cohen and then maybe 5 years down the road have a baby. Thank you so much for posting!!
I really think he's a genius. I'm so sad I haven't been able to find my drive that has all my pictures yet because I seriously had about nothing before. And I was so worried about pregnancy and breast feeding affecting them. But apart from small changes I'm very happy that I don't need to run out and get a revision which I was afraid of.
Hey there, you look amazing! I love that you posted 6years later, & still look perfect!
I should do an update since it’s been ten years now and while they aren’t as perky as new boobs, they are doing just fine!
