I have always wanted fuller breasts, to not feel the need to wear extremely padded bras (I always wore the Bombshell bra from Victoria's Secret) or be as limited as to what I was able to wear. I went from a 34-35 full B to a 34-35 full D with 445 cc's. I expected to look bigger and fuller than what they ended up being. The dr. didn't mention that gummy bears look and lay very different from silicone, let alone saline (which is what my friends have and I looked up and saw online. Silicone and saline would've looked larger) I wish I would've talked to more doctors about this because I would've chosen around 600 cc's if so.
I ultimately chose (Anthony Admire) I had two consultations from other doctors and they said I was the perfect candidate for a BA. Needless to say, despite Dr. Admire's horrible and brief/rushed appointments I decided on him due to two of my friend's (brothers) knowing him as a family friend. I chose him because he claimed he was giving me some great discounts (over a thousand under his usual charge) and assumed he would be a perfectionist and extremely careful due to our connection with my two friends.
I should've trusted my gut because he gave me a botched BA and it was apparent instantly. I had a lot of pain and in one breast and the dr. never owned up to my uneven breasts.
Finally, after looking at this site almost daily I realized I had a bottoming out and needed a capsulorraphy. He agreed that he would fix one breast after I called him out on it the final time and said everyone saw it and told me to go back. I think he finally realized that I was showing his terrible work and he needed to fix it to avoid having someone model such a horrible job.
Sure enough, he charged me another thousand dollars after discounting half the anesthesiologist fee due to a scathing 4 page email I sent him prior.
I was terrified to have him get near me again, and sure enough, he screwed up again! My breasts still don't match, my nipples are too high, and there's a rippley bag feel under the breast he "fixed". He tucked it too high. Now and I have to be careful about what I wear. I had perfectly symmetrical breasts before. Firm, same breasts in every way, thick skin, healthy, in shape, etc. Also, I was extremely cautious with my breasts post-op and did everything as instructed for a very long time. I was actually borderline paranoid to make sure everything would go smoothly.
To top it all off, his bedside manner didn't improve and he didn't follow through with multiple appointments cancelling or rescheduling last minute.
This doctor is careless, unsympathetic and needs to take ownership of his work.

You did have bottoming out of the right breast implant following your breast augmentation surgery. This can, and DOES occur to every surgeon that's ever done breast surgery. It doesn't make the surgeon bad, but we ALL have done revisions to varying degrees. It was very unfortunate that this happened to you. I did revise the right breast breast at NO CHARGE, meaning this patient did not pay me a dime. There were some modest facility and anesthesia fees that were paid separately directly to those entities.
The second picture you show is immediately after the revision where there are still surgical markings, and tape present. The right breast revision does take time to settle. Over the few postop visits, and definitely the last visit, it was looking more settled and even with the left.
I answered every question, responded to every email reply, saw this patient multiple times post surgery and was always pleasant and re-assuring. My staff also was the exact same way. I do admit sometimes patients and physicians don't always connect. Maybe I wasn't the right person for this particular patient. It didn't change how I did the surgeries or how I interacted with this person.
I wish this patient the best and again apologize that she had the experience or perceptions that she describes.
