I am 22 years old and I have been a dancer for 14 years. Everyone who knows about competitive dancing knows that it means a big booty and no boobs..EVER! I have tow beautiful healthy girls now, and that took a toll on my breasts as well. I was always a 34B (very small B), and after the girls, they did sag a little bit.

The day of surgery was pain free and smooth. The surgery center is very nice and Dr. Guerra is there from Pre-op to Post-op. Dr. Guerra made me feel comfortable the whole way, and I wouldn't have chosen anyone else. Dr. Guerra took me from a 34B to a 34DD. I have the "Gummy Bear" Silicone, and my breast look and feel amazing! They look natural, they are soft, and they are everything a woman could ask for! My scars are gone, and I couldn't be happier.

Congratulations on your new look! What type and size implants did you get? Did you have some help with your children the first few days post op? Have you enjoyed bra and swimsuit shopping? Enjoy!
My implants are 450cc memory gel silicone or "Gummy Bear" implants. My husband was right there every step of the way, helping with the girls! I did go bra shopping 6 weeks post op and had a blast! It was nice going in confident!
