4 Kids, 38yo BBL, Buccal Fat Removal and Facial Fat Graft - Scottsdale, AZ

Well, what can I say but hallelujah I have a nice ass! I started my normal workout routine and fully recovered. I absolutely LOVE my buttocks. I've noticed more attention from big men and women and have received compliments asking how they can workout to get a proportionate lower half like that. Lol...I can't thank Dr. Repta and his staff enough. He did such an amazing job with steady hands and a great eye. My incision sites are healing well, there are slight dark patches that are fading slowly. Was it worth it! I'd say hell yes, every penny.

I am loving my results. My recovery wasn't too bad. The worst part was the tenderness on my abdomen and flanks. It is very numb and bruised being it were my donor areas. The hard part of this recovery process is finding a comfortable resting position. It is so hard to sleep...I finally found comfort sleeping on an inflatable pool ring with piles of pillows on my back and head to elevate myself due to my buccal cheek fat removal and face grafting. My face swelling is going down little by little. I have a few bumps from the fat injection and hoping it's only swelling. Wow! I can't believe that it's done!! The day after surgery I was very groggy, nauseated and tired. I slept most of the time. I can't compliment how great the surgical staff, nurse and anesthesiologist were. They were awesome! Dr. Repta came in pre-surgery calmed my nerves down. I can tell my buttocks are much nicer because they are fuller. Hopefully it doesn't go down too much and the fat stays. As far as my buccal cheek fat removal, I am still puffy but wouldn't recommend to do it at the same time as a bbl...not so much of the pain but the inability to lay on your tummy since your head needs to be elevated. The pain...today I feel like I've been hit by a car...a lot of bruising at the lipo areas. Not intolerable, giving birth naturally is worst! Lol! It feels like I've lifted too much weights kinda feeling. Overall I am pretty satisfied. Too early to tell the results but I will keep posting photos. I have a post-op with Dr. Repta tomorrow.
