I recently had a procedure performed by Dr. Marc Malek in Scottsdale, Arizona at his practice located on Shea Blvd. I know I didn't list the type of procedure only because I would like to keep the procedure private but for guys out there please continue reading and I will provide you with any answers to questions you may have at my email
First, I spoke with Dr. Malek's assistant Melinda, and she provided me with a consultation date to see Dr. Malek very quickly. When I arrived at his office the first thing I noticed was how upscale his office is, its very nice, posh, and you know your in a place that strives on perfection. Melinda welcomed me and made me feel very comfortable from the first appointment to all of the post-op appointments and provided excellent communication between Dr. Malek and I in regards to all follow-up appointments.
When I met with Dr. Malek he was extremely informative, answered all of my questions and explained in detail how the process would be from pre-surgery, during surgery and post-surgery. I knew right then and there this was the doctor I needed to see.
Afterwards, I spoke with Heather who is the patient coordinator and she scheduled me immediately for surgery and provided exceptional service with all my questions regarding payment and the pre-surgery appointment. During the pre-surgery appointment Heather explains and provides all of the instructions in a custom portfolio tailored to you and your surgery procedure. Heather also explains what is expected the day prior to surgery and the day of surgery and all of the prescriptions that Dr. Malek prescribes for post-surgery.
My previous experience with surgeries from the military and college football compared to the day of surgery at Dr. Malek's office was like no other. Dr. Malek, the anesthesiologist and the surgery room nurse Mikayla (I hope I spelled it right) will meet with you and get you prepped for surgery and answer any final questions.
After the procedure when I woke up in the recovery room Mikayla took amazing care of me and adjusted the medical garments that I needed to wear for transport before my friend came to pick me up. Mikayla made the post-op process so comfortable and pain-free.
Later that night Dr. Malek called me and asked me how I was feeling which I thought was awesome. This is the first time I had a doctor call me the night of the procedure to do a follow-up and to see how I was feeling and if I had more questions about anything. It has been roughly 3 weeks since the date of the procedure and I have been back to Dr. Malek's office twice for follow-up's to see how the surgery site is healing and its healing just like he said it would.
To everyone that is reading this, I can't explain and there are no words for how grateful I am to Dr. Malek, he has absolutely changed my life and this has been a life changing experience. This is the best decision I have ever made and the results are absolutely amazing. I am in debt to Dr. Malek!.
Finally, I know this is a long review but when I was researching my procedure I wanted to find real people with real reviews and none of the fake infomercial reviews for some product. With that being said, for everyone that is thinking about plastic surgery please do not go out and look for discounts and look for the cheapest doctor, whatever your looking to improve cosmetically through surgery is not something you want to go out and look for a discount otherwise you'll end up paying double to get it fixed right when you could have had it done right the first time. If you want it done right the first time with life changing results I encourage everyone reading this to go to Dr. Malek and have him perform your procedure you will experience what I have experienced along with all of his other satisfied patients. Perfection.
