Here I am one year out from my Mommy Makeover and still elated from my results. I can fit into clothes I want to wear and my tummy is
Flat. Full Disclosure: I work out 5-6 times a week. You have to maintain the work your surgeon does for you. That being said my surgeon is amazing and we will be working on a few other areas soon.

Well I’m sitting 6 months post op and still pretty elated by my results. I’ve had some people inbox me about my results and I want to say a couple things. The closer you are to your idea body weight before your surgery the better. This is by no means a weight loss surgery. You also have to put in the work after surgery. I’m in the gym 5-6 times a week as my work and family schedule permits. I’ve worked with my physician, nutritionist, and dietician before surgery as well as after. You have to make the decision to have healthy lifestyle changes. As far as personal trainers go, I haven’t found one that really understands the female body post age 45 with cardiac history. Anyway, everyone’s experience is different.

Continue to be more than happy. Some have asked me if I had any butt work done, the answer is no. Just working it in the gym. The hip revision has healed nicely. Put a comparison photo up this time
