Above & Beyond Expectations!!!

A freak accident left me with a gash in the middle of my face. I went to the ER and had to get 5 stitches put in, but I was worried the result would be less than ideal, and that I’d be left with a pretty awful scar. Lucky for me I was able to get in to see Dr. Shim Ching. Talk about LITERALLY SAVING FACE. Dr. Shim Ching removed the ER’s 5 stitches and put in 15 small tight stitches to help ease scarring and make for a better overall end result. My family have commented on what a huge improvement it is, and I feel much more confident that my face will heal with very minimal scarring! From start to finish, my experience at Asia Pacific Plastic Surgery could not have been better. The office was clean and beautiful and everyone wore masks & took safety precautions in accordance with Covid-19. The staff were warm, funny, generous & accommodating. Tera, CST was super nice and got me all set up for the procedure and made me feel really comfortable. Erin, OR Nurse, was amazing & really went above and beyond organizing everything and taking care of me throughout the process. Dr. Shim Ching was attentive, thorough, kind and exceeded my expectations. Everyone really went the extra mile & I truly feel blessed to have gone to them when I did! Thank you Asia Pacific Plastic Surgery for putting this Mama back together! I will forever be grateful!!!
