My scarring is so bad I can’t wear my hair up

It started great, The doctor was very nice very professional, his team were so nice also.
I had a facelift and neck lift a lower bleph and fat transfer.
The recovery was rough i was so bruised and swollen. Was trying to be patient and wait for the healing process to begin.
As advised by them.
After 3 months as the swelling started to go down I noticed a large dent in my face appearing. They assured me that this will reduce as face settles down. We’re almost 10 months down the line. My face is completely disfigured.
My scaring is so bad I can’t wear my hair up they went keloid but also the scar line is on my bone so stick out so bad.
I have a large swelling (puffiness under my eye ) we’re either to much fat was injected or done to superficially and underneath this a huge dent in my face.
I will now have to pay for corrective surgery some where else.
It was not worth it. My face looks the exact same but with scars and a dent.
My neck lift was good that’s literally the only thing that look good the scar is small there.
