After going through a very difficult and disappointing experience with my initial neck lift and facelift by another doctor, I turned to Dr. Hakan Ozocak for revision surgery. From the very first consultation, he made me feel safe, comfortable, and truly cared for. The entire process—before, during, and after surgery—was handled with the highest level of professionalism and compassion. Dr. Ozocak took the time to explain everything clearly, addressed all of my concerns, and reassured me every step of the way. His aftercare was outstanding; I always felt supported and never like I was just “another patient.” What stood out the most is that Dr. Ozocak genuinely cares about his patients as people, not as numbers or sources of income. This is a rare quality compared to some other experiences I have had. His kindness, honesty, and exceptional surgical skill have not only restored my appearance but also my confidence. I could not be happier with my results, and I only have positive words for him and his team. I went in for a upper bleph removal and fat transfer , I was originally going for a mid face but I got a little terrified specially at how young I am , but Dr Hakan understood and made me feel super comfortable with my decision and I will 100% go back to him for the other planned procedures , his team are great as well , the girls are very kind and made me feel very welcomed in Istanbul , I’m really happy with my results ! I'd been considering breast surgery for a long time, but I had concerns. Dr. Hakan introduced me to a new technology: Miafemtech! He implanted breast implants through a small incision in my armpit, giving me the breasts I'd dreamed of. The surgery took 15 minutes under local anesthesia. When I woke up, it was over. I was discharged the same day without any pain and didn't need to stay in the hospital overnight. After the procedure, I boarded a plane for a vacation in another country. I've been able to continue my life without pain or scarring. My doctor patiently answered every question I had throughout the process. He took care of me from beginning to end. It was a wonderful, easy, and ultimately wonderful experience. I'm incredibly grateful to my dear doctor and his team for this experience.

Dr. Ozocak is highly skilled surgeon that managed my expectation so well. I did a lot of research on both Korean and Turkish plastic surgeons, Dr Ozocak listened to my needs on natural refreshed look and delivered results beyond my expectations from deep plane, temporal and neck lift. The pre and post operation process is streamlined, both office manager and nurse are so kind to me.

I am very, very satisfied with my experience with Dr Hakan and his team. My results even exceeded my expectations. Honestly, whenever I look some side-by-side before-and-after photos, I get soo happy I did it! It was still in our consultations when I felt I could trust him, although I tried to be as sceptical as possible. I had already talked with several of his past patients, who were all beyond happy. As for my background, ?t the time, I was only 31 and skinny, but my genetics gave me a round, even squarish face, huge cheeks (I had already had bichectomy, a round of Kybella, and Botox to my massetters, but that wasn't enough), weak chin, and hooding eyes. To make matter worse, the outer corners of my eyes were lower than the inner ones, and there was scleral show. So, in early March 2025, I had chin implant, midface lift, temporal lift, canthoplasty and upper blepharoplasty. The doctor also recommended fat transfer and jawlift, which I turned down at the time, but in retrospect think I should've done. As for my experience, I need to say that at no point did I feel uncomfortable, pushed, nor neglected. Quite the opposite! We went over all my concerns and wishes at my two video consultations with Dr Hakan, and at our face-to-face consultation ahead of the surgery. It was obvious he understood what I was saying, and that he remembered what I had previously told him. On the day of surgery, when he came to my room, he was also very kind and friendly, but also appeared very professional and focused. This was him at all our meetings. I was honestly surprised by the level of attention and care. I booked the transfer from/to the airport, and the hospital, so at every point, his assistant: Tutku would be in touch to let me know where the transfer is. I know it was far pricier than regular taxi, but I'm so happy I didn't have to think about the transport in a city as giant and busy as Istanbul. Also I had an in-person consultation every other day, so it was definitely worth it. Another logistics thing I found really comfortable for myself was that all appointments happened in the early afternoon (about 10-11 AM), including surgery day. The hospital and the clinic are very modern and quite luxurious. The doctor, the assistant and the nurse I had during the night after the surgery all speak excellent English, and were very friendly and caring. The nurse didn't leave my side throughout the night and helped me take a small walk around the floor at some point. Then, I was sent home with a pack of all necessary medicine and printed instructions, even supplements! For the first week until our last face-to-face consultation, I was asked for updates every day, and got precious reassurance everytime, as well as extensive replies for all my concerns and questions. Recovery was smooth. Once the first tapes were off, I would do upwards of 10k steps a day around the city and along the promenade by the sea. The only really unpleasant thing I went through was the chemosis I got right after the surgery and then a few weeks later. Although unpleasant, it's a temporary thing that is quite common whenever you have too much work around the eyes. Eyewash drops and minimized screen time + patience was all I had to do to get rid of it. Once home, I had follow-ups every week for the first month, and then once monthly. Now, about 5 months later, I'm still happy I made my mind to do this, and I still can't believe it went soo smoothly and hassle-free. Would definitely recommend Hakan and choose him right away if I decide to have anything else done.

During the process of finding a suitable surgeon for a cat eye and temporal/cheek lift I came across Dr Hakan as I was impressed with the results he could achieve on his clients. I decided to have a 3D simulation and consultation to meet virtually with Dr Hakan and also a visual representation of what my results could look like. From the very beginning I felt comfortable with the doctor. He was very friendly, attentive and thorough in making sure he understood my concerns and expectations. He speaks very good English so communication was very easy. He answered all of my questions during this consultation as well as showing me two potential results via the simulator which made it easier to envision the end result. The deciding factor for me was the fact that Dr Hakan only performs one surgery a day so he can focus solely on each patient as a case rather than other surgeons who do 10+ surgeries a day. I decided to go ahead and book the surgery a couple months after our online consultation. We had another consultation face to face a day prior to the procedure where we went through everything again including details of the op, any incisions, risks and recovery. Again I felt Dr Hakan understood my needs as well as give his own expertise advice. The day of the operation i was welcomed into a clean professional hospital where I would be staying for the night following the operation as well as having my own private nurse who stayed in the room with me to attend to my needs. The staff at the hospital were also lovely and accommodating as well as being highly competent at their jobs. I was regularly monitored throughout my hospital stay and was not discharged until the doctor/staff were fully happy with my observations. I stayed a week in turkey after my operation and I saw Dr Hakan twice for follow ups as well as staying in regular contact with both the Dr and his wonderful assistant Burhan. It has now been 6 weeks since my procedure and I am already loving the results. Dr Hakan did exactly what I wanted and although the initial recovery was intense , the whole experience has made everything a lot easier and stress free. I have not had any complications and I’m on the road to a smooth sailing recovery. I can contact Dr Hakan at anytime if I have any concerns and I have recently had my one month follow up. I would 10000x recommend Dr Hakan as not only is he very knowledgeable and experienced but he is also a very warm and friendly person who makes you feel instantly at ease . I am hesitant to show my pictures on the internet but the results are insane and I’m happy for him to share them with any future clients. I travelled from Australia to Istanbul for surgery. Cheek temporal lift, facial fat contouring, upper & lower Bleph and lip lift. Surgery went really well, him & his team made it very easy for me and arranged everything for travelling internationally. Above and beyond, i cannot recommend enough! Restored youthful appearance and really improved my confidence!
