Unfortunate Experience with Acne Scarring Treatment

I had a very poor experience here. I sought out help for my acne scars from Dr. Hazany and developed complications from the procedures. I completed their SHI plan where they complete a series of steps to improve your scars, which are phenol cross, subsicion with scultpra injections, and then finally with a Hazany liberator procedure. At the subsicion and sculptra appointment I experienced poor bedside manner from Dr.Hazany, and was left in shock. I ended up completing treatment and did the Hazany liberator procedure and was left with a deep indent as to where the procedure stopped along the right side of my face. When I make facial movements, I constantly feel a sensation of stiffness in that area. This procedure comes with risks of potential loss in firmness of your skin which was not shared with me prior to the procedure. The sculptra injections in tandem with the procedure can alter your face structure to be a bit more round after healing. I am posting this review three years later to ensure that these complications were not just a step in healing. I really wish I would have been made aware of these risks because after consulting with several surgeons, there is currently nothing I can do to reverse these effects.
