Scar removal gone wrong

I came to this doctor for a webbing scar on the side of my nose. All I wanted was the small piece of scaring on the crease of my nose removed. Somehow left with the whole side of my nose pulled down and stitched to the side of my cheek. Idk how this happened. Once I saw the markings I voiced my concern and asked "wouldn't it b pulled down" he said "not enough to make a difference." I felt uneasy about this approach for removal of such a small piece of scar but trusted he knew better. Almost 2 years later I have constant pulling around my nose, mouth. After talking to other surgeons they said there is nothing that can be done. It was a horrible approach to "fix" such a small issue. I get muscle fatigue on that side of my face after talking or laughing. Can't smile much because of the restriction. Whole mouth now pulls over to one side and is lopsided. It scares me the way my nose mouth moves as one unit on that side. Only one side of my mouth moves when I say certain words. I've been severely depressed after finding out there is nothing to make this better.

Lip pulled apart and flattened

It has wrecked my lip shape, pulled apart my Cupids bow and completely flattened my philtrum. He had no business pulling down my nostril like that

I'm so sorry. So many people refuse to believe that this doctor is not perfect. Like no doctor is. I'm sorry this happened to you. Has he reached out to you ? Did he offer any help?

Ofc he is not perfect, but it’s kind of hard to do a correct judgement when the pictures are taken directly after the surgery and she is one year post op. That’s just normal swelling, and because he only cut on one side it will look uneven for that matter of time. Impossible to know if it looks like that today.

He said he can inject something to break up scar tissue. After consulting with other surgeons I was told by both of them that it wouldn't do anything to help the issue. I was told the side crease should've never been cut into like that. Unfortunately didn't have any suggestions on how to improve it. Truely don't know what Mascaro was thinking. This whole situation sickens me.
