have had to go to a plastic reconstructive surgeon to attempt to repair
the damage that he has done to me. When I issued my concerns in regard
to his botched procedure he said there is nothing he can do and
sometimes procedures do not always turn out as we want.

It would be great if you could give us a little more detail about your experience, like why you had the surgery, your tips for getting good results, pros/cons, and info on the recovery process.
