After 70 lbs of weight loss I was left with excess skin hanging off my neck. I chose a direct neck excision, rather than neck or face lift because I felt I could live with the wrinkles - just couldn't live with the "turkey neck."
I chose Dr. Greco because he had done procedures on my mother, a son (excised tattoos off the tops of both his hands) and 2 nieces and I had seen the results first hand. I'm 2 months post op and very pleased with the outcome.
