Hi everyone! I've been stalking this site for a couple weeks now so I figured I'd share my story. So as the title says I'm 22 with three kids. I started very early and breastfed 2 of my children. Before I ever got pregnant I was a full perky C and I loved my boobies. Now, they are somewhere in between a very deflated and sorry looking b- small c. I've been wanting this for years so I figure why not go ahead and do it right??? :) I had my consultation 2 days ago. I like my surgeon and his staff but they are definitely the type that thinks bigger is better. I have a fair amount of skin and tissue I need to fill out though so I'm totally stuck on what size to go with!! Either 475cc or 500cc? ( silicone) I know its not that big of a difference but I'm totally stuck. My pre op is feb 26th so hopefully I can figure it out by then! Ill post pics soon!

Wow I cant believe you've had 3 babies! You must be a busy little mama, you definitely deserve this for yourself! As far as picking a size, it really is so difficult. I think it really comes down to the look you're after while still keeping in mind all the other factors such as your skin quality and possible complications. A 500cc implant doesn't look too huge on someone who is starting off with nothing, but it looks like you have quite a bit of natural tissue, so 500cc could end up looking quite large. But then on the other hand, like you mentioned, you will need a large enough implant to fill up the deflation. I was deflated after breastfeeding as well, I chose 400cc silicone and they are plenty big for me! What are your stats? Good luck on this journey, looking forward to following your review :)

Thanks! :) yeah I'm young to have three children but I wouldn't have it any other way! I know I am so worried about going too big but my doc says he really recommends a 500 cc so I'm torn :/ I think I'm just going to go with a 475cc and hope for the best ! I'm 5'6 & 136 lbs , but my weight goes up and down from 120-140 all of the time so I'm a but bigger than usual right now

Wow I just looked at your pics and you are the exact size I want to be!I'm so confused what cc's to go with. What was your starting size?

Before pregnancy I was 34C or D, depending on my weight fluctuations. After breastfeeding I was left with a deflated 34B. The 400cc's brought me to a 32DDD at Victoria's Secret, so probably slightly smaller in other brands. One more reason I'm glad I didn't go bigger.. since I have a small band size it would have been extremely difficult to find bras!

Judging from my pics , what size do u think I should go with??

Well judging from your pic, you have a lot more breast tissue than the majority of women on this site, and for that reason I'd say somewhere around 450-475cc's. A 450cc implant on you could look similar to a 600cc implant on a woman who started off completely flat, because you have a good amount of natural cc's! The other reason I would caution against going too big is that the bigger and heavier the implant, the higher the risk of sagging! This was definitely a consideration for me when I was choosing size, I knew that my skin had been thinned out and stretched from pregnancy and breastfeeding and probably couldn't support a larger implant very well. Sorry for these super long messages! I certainly am no expert but just sharing my opinion :)

I think you're absolutely right! I think ill go with the 450cc's. Idk why my doc is so pushy about bigger implants. Its kinda annoying. I know I'm terrified ill the the implants and they are just going to sag and look totally unattractive! :( I'm not sure whatto expect because I don't see a lot of women even start out as big as me so I'm pretty nervous. ..

Well it seems like the most common complaint on here is women saying they wish they went bigger, maybe that's why your PS is pushing for bigger? I'm sure if I had joined this site before my surgery women would have encouraged me to go bigger. But unlike most, I knew that I would be a lot more unhappy if they turned out bigger than I wanted rather than smaller. Plus I really wanted to do everything to avoid possible complications... the thought of sagging or bottoming out or getting stretch marks was not appealing to me! So I made sure to stick with something that I knew wouldn't be ridiculously large and that I knew my body could handle. Keep me posted on what you and your PS decide at your pre op :)

Okay I sure will. I just hope I make the best decision. I must sound dumb, but what does bottoming out mean???
February 14, 2015
Good luck with it all hope you can work out what size you want & feel confident with your decision :)

Bottoming out is when the implant slips below your crease. It looks so terrible.. boobs look very low with way too much lower pole fullness, and because the implant is descending the nipple ends up super high. It can be caused by a surgeon over dissecting the pocket, or by heavy implants if the patient's skin cant support it. You can look it up in the little search bar up top, or even google. But if you check google images, be prepared to see some horrific stuff!!

I did not have to get a mammogram. I have never heard of that, but each dr is different. You are right, the diff between 475 and 500 is not noticable when they are placed. I am 5'6 120 and got 425 and 450...I was asymetrical. I am extremely happy with my size. I was origionally thinkng 350 but my dr., like yours, said that O had some sagging and 400s range would be better. Also, he said the number one conplaint is not being big enough. Women get the size breasts that the dr. Gets from a little chart based on your measurements but not all patients are happy. The first dr. I went with used that chart and I would have ended up with a b cup. Now that I have the 425 and 450 I am a full c, just like I wanted. Good luck to you!!

Thanks! I'm just curious what size I will be afterwards I really have no idea... I hope I'm not like an f or something! !... :/

It is hard to tell what size you will be bc everyone is different. I am a full c small d..if you think that is a good size then possibly go with 450s bc if I would have gotten any bigger, they would have been too big for my taste.
