Dr. Deloach is an amazing doctor! He is highly skilled and experienced in his field. I had tremendous care from consultation to post-op. He was open and honest about what would be best for me and what I could realistically expect. I had a Mommy Makeover with a full tummy tuck with muscle repair, lipo on the abdomen, flanks and love handles, and a breast augmentation. By following his direction with diet, medications, etc. i had a flawless surgery and recovery. It was my first experience with any type of plastic surgery and it was great! I highly recommend Dr. Deloach and the team at Savannah Plastic Surgery.
I was a 19, almost 20 year old who had never had surgery and he made me feel so at ease. He took my anxiety serious on the day of my surgery and went that extra mile to be sure I was properly medicated and had peace of mind. It has now been a little over 2 years since I got my breast augmentation and I am extremely pleased with the results. He made them the perfect size for my body and nobody can even tell that I have breast implants because they look so natural which is hard when going from a small B to a DD! I plan on going back to Dr. DeLoach in the future!!
Excellent pre and after surgery care. My procedures (Brest augmentation and mommy makeover) were completed in the office surgery center. Both my husband have been extremely pleased with the results. I plan on using Dr Deloach for any needs I might have in the future.
Dr DeLoach provided the upmost professional care. He took the time to listen to my concerns and addressed them properly. He truly cares for his patients, and this shows through his outstanding bedside manner.
Hi everyone! I've been stalking this site for a couple weeks now so I figured I'd share my story. So as the title says I'm 22 with three kids. I started very early and breastfed 2 of my children. Before I ever got pregnant I was a full perky C and I loved my boobies. Now, they are somewhere in between a very deflated and sorry looking b- small c. I've been wanting this for years so I figure why not go ahead and do it right??? :) I had my consultation 2 days ago. I like my surgeon and his staff but they are definitely the type that thinks bigger is better. I have a fair amount of skin and tissue I need to fill out though so I'm totally stuck on what size to go with!! Either 475cc or 500cc? ( silicone) I know its not that big of a difference but I'm totally stuck. My pre op is feb 26th so hopefully I can figure it out by then! Ill post pics soon! Updated on 11 Feb 2015: Updated on 12 Feb 2015: Waiting for my coordinator to get in touch with me. I have to go get a mammogram done before the procedure. Is that mandatory? I knw I have to get lab work done too but I have no idea when that'll be... Updated on 13 Feb 2015: My mammogram is scheduled the same day as my pre op at 1:45 & pre op at 3 on the 26th. I wish time could go by faster! They said I will get lab work done too that I have to pay for.. any idea how much and what for?? Updated on 11 Mar 2015: My surgery is scheduled for 7 in the morning! !! I have to be there by 615. I decided on mentor moderate plus silicone implants. 475cc. I honestly think I'm more nervous than excited!!! :/ but I will update soon! Updated on 12 Mar 2015: Well I got there at 615. Took me straight back n got me prepped. I was veryyyy nervous especially about the anestisia Updated on 12 Mar 2015: Just typed out a damn book n it didn't post it!!!!!! Ugh. Will update later. All went well Updated on 12 Mar 2015: Bad pic. They hurt rly bad mainly bc of this binder strap thing above my boobs. Are you allowed to loosen it up???? Updated on 12 Mar 2015: Ended up going with 500ccs. So far I think it is the perfect size! I was very nervous this morning but suprisingly it was a breeze. They gave me so meds thru iv that made me feel loopy so by the time I waa in the operating room I wasn't even worried about the anesthesia.lol I woke up in recovery groggy and sore. So far the pain is actually worse than I imagined, but not unbearable. I haven't even gotten a good look at them yet! I will updare again tomorrow! Updated on 13 Mar 2015: Updated on 15 Mar 2015: Updated on 22 Mar 2015: About 1 week post op. Updated on 4 Mar 2016: Haven't been on in a long time, I hope everyone is doing well! I have a question I really need help with though, where in the hell can I find a swimsuit top that can actually fit me. Everywhere I go everything is a little too small!!!
In December 2011 I had tumescent liposuction on my entire abdominal area, flanks, my back, and my inner and outer thighs. My goal was to be able to fit into my clothes better. I am a 47 year old female, 5’1” tall, and within normal weight range. I had gone to one doctor and that doctor really wanted to do a tummy tuck. I knew a tummy tuck was not for me, so I went to another doctor for a second opinion. I had determined that if the second doctor told me I would have to get a tummy tuck to get the results I wanted, I would not have any surgery. He told me that I had a 50/50 chance of needing a tummy tuck after the liposuction, but he didn’t think I would need one. Surgery was done at the doctor’s office at their surgery center. My doctor took off 7 lbs in three hours. After the surgery, they put me in a compression garment that went from under my breasts to the middle of my calves. I took pain medication the first two days, after that I took Tylenol. One of the nurses told me that after the surgery, I would feel like I had worked out very hard. Triple that feeling. Overall my thighs hurt the worst. Planned to be out of work for two weeks, but was out a total of three weeks. I walked around my house during those three weeks in the garment and a house dress. I have dark red hair and we tend to bruise terribly, so I didn’t even look at myself for three weeks. Have you ever tried to shower without looking down? Not easy. My husband said I was mostly a deep purple color during that time. I had to sleep in a recliner for a month because I wasn’t supposed to lay flat. I wore the garment (I had two of them) for three months 24 hours a day/7 days a week except to shower. After three months, I wore it another three months 12 hours a day. I was generally tired for six months and I am still numb on my sides from the liposuction. Was it worth it? Absolutely. I can fit into clothing that I couldn’t fit into before and I look and feel great. I have no loose skin so I don’t need a tummy tuck and I look like I work out. I couldn’t be happier with my results.
