I underwent Cellfina and am super happy!!
The backstory: A year ago I had a back problem which caused my left leg to become temporarily paralyzed in my quad. With surgery, I was able to regain the mobolity but my muscle mass had deteriorated and will not come back. It resulted in more dimpling on the front of my left leg which was just a sore reminder of the entire situation. I had been unhappy with my butt for a long time, but the addition of my dimply leg just sent me searching for options which led me to Dr Finger and his wonderful staff.
About the procedure: This is an invasive procedure! You may think that since it is out-patient and quick that it will not require healing time, you are wrong. I don't think I fully understood that, and maybe I just didn't want to. I really wanted to look great for an upcoming beach trip and probably only heard what I wanted too. If I would have known what I know now I would have done this procedure during the colder months so I would have been swimsuit ready by the summer. This procedure will leave deep bruises and puncture hole marks for a while. I am at my 6 week point now and still have very noticable, shadowy bruises along with some pink dots where the needle punctured my skin to cut the cording causing the dimples. With that said, I would do this procedure again if I had to do it, but I won't. Luckily this is a one time procedure and the results should last for quite a long time (research is still happening but it lasts at LEAST 5 years) The aftercare was easy. I feel like my healing is very normal. I did return to work the following day with minimum downtime. I would definitely take any pain med options your provider gives you. This procedure is pretty painful in my opinion. Also, for the compression garment, I would find a crotchless garment, or take a pair of scissors to the ones you are using. It is pretty painful to pull these up and down over your bandages for the first couple of days.

Do NOT allow anyone other than the Doctor attempt this procedure.
